Your current Blood Pressure

115/72 75

112/62, just had it checked yesterday. I have it checked once a month.

132/83

Haven't checked my BP in weeks. Had a few cups of coffee, while my enema bag full of coffee is cooling. Systolic of 150, wow, that's hi. Took it again. 160. Just took a blue pill, will check it again, hope it drops. Then will start a fill of a few quarts of coffee. The hoseman

High BP but controlled with medications: currently 130/74

133/83 this morning. Keeping the top number under 140 psi and bottom number under 90 psi.

126/69 this morning. For some unknown reason, it was 95/60 early in the morning a few days ago. Came back up to 120 something over 70 something later. Might have been a glitch in my cuff.

87 over 57 Flowmax keeps my blood pressure low. I used to be on BP meds. But the Flowmax now does the job. Sometimes too well
