Pre-appointment photos

I've been a playdoc for almost four years and have had many patients pass through my clinic. I used to insist on seeing a picture of the patient before agreeing to meet, but I've come to realise that really it's only ever going to be ladies who are fairly confident about themselves that are going to be able to pluck up the courage to present themselves for intimate inspection, so for the last year or so I've not insisted on it at all.

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad-looking woman come through the door, and they've always presented themselves nicely.
