Interesting Enema - not as messy as M&M, but effective

I got tired of the mess from the Milk and Molasses enema - a pain to clean up - so i tried a new approach - i about 1/2 of a container (apox 1/4 gallon) of some ice cream that had a high fat and sugar content and some milk and sugar - so i let it melt and then put it into a blender and added just enough so i had about 32 oz of mixture - i added an additional 1/2 cup of sugar and blended the mixture -

i put the mixture in a closed enema bag and attached a latex tube that i got from Lowes - guys that latex tube from Lowes is cheap and works well as a colon tube - i put about 2 inches of the tube in me and then released the clamp - as the mixture flowed in i slowly pushed the tube so that i had about 20 or so inches of it inside me - i got in the chest and knees on floor positon and let all of it flow in - it was cold going in but not as cold as an ice water enema - with the colon tube i had no problem in getting all of the mixture in -

i put on three diapers and the manage to keep the mixture inside me for close to 30 mins. - the cramping and urge to go got so i could not hold it anymore and i released into the diaper - i did manage to let the mixture out slowly as not to over power the diaper - giving it a chance to absorb the mixture -

the cramping has continued for about 4 hours and it does produce lots of gas - no problems so far with this one except like MM it does cause cramping and a continueing need to release - lots of fun - try it

Update on this mixture - the cramping and lots and lots of gas continued long after i had totally emptied and even taken a 1 quart water enema about 4 hours later - i did the ice cream mixture at about 930 am and finally had to release (impossible to hold any longer) at about 10 am - the action of the mixture continued to make me make many trips to the toliet when i thought the volumn would be to great for the diapers i had on - probably about 8 or so trips - toward the end nothing much was coming out - the action continued all afternoon - producing lots of gas and quite a bit of cramping -

by 5 pm i thought it was done - no it was not

that mixture continued to produce lots and lots of gas and cramping all evening and way into the night - super good one if you like cramping - highly recomend this one

way better as far as mess is concerned in cleaning up bag and tube and even toliet - and did not have that mollasses smelll all through the house (mate is not into enemas at all) -

it is a very effective mixture - next time going to find the highest fat and sugar content ice cream - whole milk instead of two precent - and add at least 1 cup of sugar - the entire mixture should be in total volumn about 1 guart -- may go for 2 guarts next time - but some times a two guart high sugar content mixture is impossilbe to hold for long enough for it to really do its job and cause those long last = reoccuring - cramping sessions -

This sounds like one to try. Not as expensive as molasses either.

Further update on this mixture - No negative effects at all with this one - I will say that yes it will clean you out - I did experiance gas and some cramping even way into the night with this - probable due to milk and sugar mixtue that got high up into colon and did not get out with me only taking a 1 quart water enema way later in the afternoon - the Lowes latex tube works well guys -

i only have a store bought enema bag (the one with the white hose - 2 quarts) and i was able to push the hose right on the fitting for the screw into the bag part -

i also had cut the 10 foot hose in half and found that 5 foot was ok but wanted more for movement -

i just pushed the small white nozzle onto one hose and then pushed the tip into the other part - worked well - i did use some garbage bag ties to make sure it did not pop lose - the purpose of this was to give me plenty of hose so i could then push some (like 20 or so inchs) into my ass and use it like a colon tube -

I do think the next time I do this one i will go 1/2 gallon (2 quarts) of the ice cream and forget the milk - i would suggest that one get the highest fat and sugar content ice cream - i also am going to add more sugar (to get it so it is like the mollasses) - so i figure at least 1 cup if not 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar or honey -

I did do this one cold - yes the ice cream had melted and i did mix it in a blender to get the added sugar to blend in - however it was still very cold - i did fine with the latex tube pushed in about 20 inchs that i had way way less problem in taking all of it - i did have to come off the knee chest on floor postion and stand up a number of time to releave bottom pressure - in getting up and then back on floor - i found that the mixture seemed to work its way all up and around -

so by doing 2 quarts of this mixture instead of 1 quart - and more sugar - i figure that it will totally get all in the colon - i also do plan on not going back to the toliet and just release in the diaper -

and also plan on not taking a plan water enema after it seems to have all come out - the action of the remaining ice cream in the colon should produce lots more cramping with 2 quarts and no rinse out - and lots more gass - when i do do this one i plan on it being on a sat morning - then once i think its all out (which it will still be working) i am going to put on fresh diapers and go out shopping - should make for one interesting shopping trip -
