Urology Exam

I have an appointment with my Urologist today. I have pain in my right testicle that radiates up into my groin area. I went to an urgent care clinic over Thanksgiving and got diagnosis of epididymitis / orchitis. I was prescribed antibiotics which I have been taking for almost a week now but I am still having bouts pain at least once per day.

My urologist is a female in her 60's that I have been seeing for 3 years now. When I called for an appointment I was told January 4th was the first available appointment. When I was transferred to the triage nurse, she consulted with the doctor and called me back saying they would work me in tomorrow morning.

I am wondering what to expect from the exam?
