Do Any Other Sissies Wear Maxipads?

In college, my girlfriend gave me oil enemas sometimes and suggested that I use a maxipad in case I didn't expel all of it. That was after I visited her and thought that I had some gas but oil came out. We went shopping and I got my first belted maxipad. I loved how it felt and I would go to class with it and silky satin panties. She tried on my men's shorts.

Just before I married Carol she decided I needed a new experience. I had to prepare a 3 liter punishment level of Ivory soap and warm enough so she could feel it in my belly. After I was permitted to expel it she was ready for the rest of my new experience. Two glycerin suppositories two oz of KY and a super tampon inserted after I assumed the knee chest position. There I was given a white bikini to put on. The top was listed as a 36 C size and bottom was snug on me. Then standing there she handed me a huge postpartum maxi pad. She then had me install it in my already tight bikini bottom. When I pulled the bottom up it was obvious, I was wearing a huge pad. Then she walked me down the steps of her swimming pool till I was in water to my waist. I could feel the pad taking on the swimming pool water. Then I had to walk out of the pool. It felt like I had a large bath towel in the crotch of my bikini I then had to go one on one with her at the volleyball court. What an experience. After less than an hour the suppositories had found something lurking in my colon and I passed whatever into the pad, Writing this I can still feel it expanded with all the water it could hold. I had to retain everything for two hours and she inspected me every half hour

When I was young, like 4-5 years old, my mom gave me bulb enemas. A couple years later she gave me bag enemas.

When I was an adolescent, my parents moved us to a house in the country. My dad was making good money and my parents would travel on the weekends.

One of those weekends, I discovered the enema kit that my mom used to give me enemas a few years ago. I was snooping around her bathroom and discovered the enema kit, a douche bulb, suppositories, and maxipads. I was aroused, to say the least. I took off all of my clothes, went to the hamper and pulled out a pair of my mom's bikini panties. I slid them on over my now hard penis, relishing the silky feeling over my buttocks and penis.

I went back to the vanity and opened the jar of glycerin suppositories. I bent over the counter, pulled the panties down over my butt cheeks, and inserted a suppository deep into my rectum. I was feeling especially brazen and inserted a second suppository into my rectum.

I knew that the enema was next but began to have thoughts about staining my mom's panties. My penis was hard and I was getting horny by the moment. I had seen my mom in her panties with the maxipad before and was turned on by the bulge that it created. I was hesitant at first but pulled the out of the box, pulled the strip off and placed the pad in the crotch of the panties. I pulled the panties up and seated the pad behind my scrotum. I was so turned on.

I prepared the enema with warm water. Every time I moved the maxipad would rub against my balls and ass cheeks. I hung the full bag up on a towel hook and got down on my knees. I pulled the panties and the pad to the side and slid the long douche nozzle into my rectum.

I released the clip and began to fill myself up with warm water. I was trying not to stroke my penis because I would have cum immediately. I had to stop the flow twice because the cramps were too much to control.

When the flow stopped, I pull the nozzle out of my rectum. The tip was dirty and I knew that I was going to have difficulty holding this enema. I stood up and looked in the mirror. My belly was full, my penis was engorged and I was wearing a pair of panties with a maxipad.

I started to try to clean up the nozzle and the enema kit while holding the enema. But between a days worth of holding, two suppositories and the warm water I began to leak. I let a little bit of water out of my rectum into the maxipad. It was very warm and stimulated my cheeks. I pressed the pad up into my crack and began to rub. As I did, more water came out.

I was mortified, as I was purposely losing control of my enema into a maxipad, while wearing my mom's panties! I quickly got into the shower. The cramps were becoming unbearable. This time I let out a larger amount of water and the pad still contained my mess.

I could not hold on much longer. I let more water out, but this time the maxipad could not contain my expulsion. The contents of my bowels began to run down my legs and the panties were filling up. I began to masturbate hard. I had a huge orgasm while emptying my self into the maxipad.

I’m in my 70’s now and I experience a bit of urge U-IC so I wear Tena Overnight pads in my panties now. Back in the 60’s and my teen years, I was fascinated by the act of menstruation and would find my mother’s used Kotex or Modess pads. In 1971, I had to have surgery for the removal of a pilonidal cyst. The day I was discharged, one of my nurses brought me a little present in a tiny paper bag. My very own Kotex belt! They told me that I would have significant drainage from the surgery and if I wanted to be up and around, that it would be better if I wore Kotex pads to absorb it. This was before pads had adhesive backs. That nurse had no idea how happy her gift made me!

I also liked multiple enemas on a regular basis. I found that I would continue to leak afterwards and I would wear pads. At some point I decided to try tampons to fix the leakage problem. I bought a package of 10 Tampax regular tampons and found they were so easy to use. Over the years I’ve used so many boxes of 40 count Tampax as well as trying other brands but my favorite was always Tampax.

For the last 20+ years I've tried to maintain pretty much a regular 28-30 day cycle. My periods usually last for 5-6 days per month when I am "on" and I do use my feminine protection products 24-7 during those days. I choose to wear either a pad or tampon or both depending on what day I am on in my period and my activitie(s) level that particular day. Additionally, If need be I might decide to wear one or the other after if finish with playtime activities or for sanitary reasons after I've been intimate with a lover. For sanitary napkins/pads I wear Always brand pads, and for tampons either Playtex Sport or Tampax Pearls.

My girlfriend and I are both transitioning trans woman. We both use menstrual pads and tampons on a regular basis. The first week of every month is our period time regardless.

Using tampons during the day, adding a menstrual overnight pad for nighttime. We also use tampons outside of menstrual times for pleasure and sanitation reasons before and after intimacy times.

Playtex sport ultra tampons, Always overnight long maxi with wings are our choice of products. Our average monthly usage is 3 to 4 boxes of 36 count tampons, 1/2 bag of 27 count pads.

TW-Liz (Liz), So happy to see both of you are using women's feminine hygiene products as I wish more transwomen would be more accepting to using them as they, IMHO, do support, encourage, and enhance us living an authentic feminine life as much as we are able to. And it's not unheard of either, as you both have found out, that when 2 or more women live together under the same roof that they find their periods have over-time synched up with one another's. As an aside, when I am at adult ballet class, I always kinda wonder if any of the other women in class just happen to be on their periods that week when I am on mine. When you mentioned how many tampons & pads you both go through together, I am assuming that amount gets used per monthly period week, is that right?

I totally agree. We are both currently pre-op SRS using tampons and maxi pads to experience and feel more feminine is the biggest reason. It really helps us with mindset and trans dysphoria also.

We also use them for intimacy sanitary reasons outside of our menstrual periods. We are very sexual active couple.

When you mentioned how many tampons & pads you both go through together, I am assuming that amount gets used per monthly period week, is that right?

I didn't make it clear on our monthly usage. Our normal monthly usage between us is around 3-4 boxes of tampons 36 count, 1/2 bag or 14 overnight maxi pads.

I did change my original post, thank you for calling it out to me. I want to add that tampons are sometimes substituted with a butt plug.
