^^^^ There are a few different types of rectal/prostate probes. You can use any probe on any power supply as long as you have an electrical connector/adapter.

One type of probe shaped like a butt plug has the two electrodes arranged lengthwise from the anal ring to almost the tip of the probe. Depending on how you insert the probe and rotate it, the electrodes can go from the right to left or if you rotate it 90 degrees, the electric current goes from front to back. Just see how you like it best. Another type of rectal probe is uni-polar and requires another probe to be worn, usually as a ring around the head of the penis or as a ring with about a one inch urethral insertion at the head of the penis. You could also use an adhesive pad on the underside of the head of the penis. That sends my husband screaming with ecstasy. I don't have the machine any more, so I can't remember! But it was a small one with just two pads (I know some have 4, possibly more). I'm afraid I wasn't very sophisticated: what I inserted were simply the metal ends that attached to the pads (detached therefrom). Of course they didn't stay in very well, particularly the one in my penis, but if I kept still ...
