Yes, I think many of us are aware of this technique. It's not foolproof for all women though. I find G-spot stimulation to be annoying and I don't get much out of it.

What is your favorite stimulation and subsequent orgasm? Clitoral? Rectal? Combination?

Some girls never squirt and some do.

I agree with Dr Gyno. I have had several patients who can squirt copious amounts of fluid but most can only produce a trickle, if at all. Three factors come into play:

1) the amount of urethral sponge tissue that the woman has. Every one is different!

2) the fact that some women hold back involuntarily due to social conditioning in the mistaken belief that it is pee coming out. I usually perform urine flow tests before orgasm induction for this very reason.

3) the urethral sponge charges itself by osmotic action so there needs to be plenty of hydration otherwise her body will not be so ready to release its precious fluids.

It's always well worth doing the experiment though!
