I was talking with David Barton (wrote the enema "bible") and we were discussing our enema feish saving our lives during the AIDS era. Yes. I remember reading in one of the gay newspapers of the time that some guys thought taking enemas would help them recover from AIDS. It may have made their short lives better, but there weren't cures in the early eighties.......

Some years ago, I remember seeing some photos from that book you refer to, and those were some of the most erotic photos I recall of enema play. And it included both men and women in various combinations. It was quite good, as that topic goes.

Is David Barton's book still available? We still have an original copy. Although it is somewhat gay oriented, he does acknowledge that women too sometimes share the fetish. It remains as a classy, informative tome that allowed many to emerge from the enema closet. A giant contribution at the time, and we're unaware of anything better that's ever been published on the topic.
