Rectal exam position

Knee/chest would be my favorite as it affords an excellent view of a dangling scrotum and the chance for a gaping anus even before the start of the exam......

I think the easiest way is to bend over the exam table or lay on your belly on the table.

Underpants off, bent over the end of the table, legs spread.

I have only had a rectal exam while in the stirrups, after the bimanual exam. Actually most times it is a rectovaginal exam that follows the bimanual for me and rarely has there been a rectal exam alone. Lying on your side with top knee drawn up looks the most comfortable to me but I have not had a rectal in that position.

As a playdoc, I have done many rectal exams, most of them in either Sims or knee chest. I prefer Sims if I plan a long exam, knee chest or all fours if shorter. I do the rectal exams after I give enough enemas to make sure she's clean (usually two, 2 qts. Each is sufficient, but it may take 3 or even 4 on occasion, which I have given perhaps once or twice). Rectalctemps? On her belly or over my lap. It's great fun to do the rectal exams. On occasion, I've used a proctoscope or sigmoidoscope. It's an art inserting the sigmoidoscope to its full length...also challenging for the play patient. I am very careful not to do harm, but some pain is inevitable.

I love to do pelvics, but the rectals are my favorite.

In real life a digital rectal exam was always done with me bent over the examination table (in the US), in the UK it's always been with my lying on my side. Once, and only once sadly, I had a very thorough rectal exam in a sexual health clinic in the UK with me up on the table on my hands and knees, finger, then anoscope. That was with a male doctor and a male nurse assisting. I drooled precum all over the paper table covering. I was embarrassed and turned on.

Now with playdocs I enjoy being on my hands and knees to start. I love the anticipation and the not knowing exactly what he's going to do next. I also feel very exposed knowing he can see all of me, anus, testicles, and penis, while I can't see his face at all. Then I like to shift to me on my back with knees bent or legs spread as he pokes and prods my hole. I enjoy watching his face as he non-chalantly goes about the internal exam.

Enemas, on my left side if in a hurry, otherwise on my back. I do have an enemamate (who isn't into medfet) who prefers to give me bulb enemas draped across his lap. I have to make sure there is a towel underneath me or else he gets wet with my precum.

As I have shared in another post, my first dre was by my dad's doc, when I was 22, and it was the only time I have ever had the exam with my hands on knees.

The vast majority of them have been either over the side or ebd of the table, bent. Probably less than five have been on side.

I have had laying on my side and bent over the table. On my side, my underwear was about knee level. Bent over, I drop them to my ankles ans spread my legs some. I prefer bent over the table, chest resting on the end of it, which is most of the time.
