Double speculum exam

Hi, have you ever received a double speculum exam (vaginal and anal speculum insert at the same time) ?

In wich context ?

What would be the advantage of having 2 at the same time?

Quite simply, being widely opened up, exposed and probably vulnerable and submissive.

This would never be done in a real exam.

It is exciting to think of being exposed in this way. I would think that players should be cautious about being too aggressive in the use of two speculums, however. The vulnerability of the patient places them at risk and their safety has to be in the forefront of all our play decisions. I don't mean to sound like a negative Nelly.... fantasies are wonderful...sometimes reality has to take precedence. It would be interesting to hear from real docs about this practice.

Tendergirl, you are so funny, and so right. My partner's ambitions frequently exceed his abilities (and mine). It's become something of a running joke between us when I say "Honey, explain to me, please, how that's even anatomically possible". After we get him out of the pretzel like shape he's gotten himself into, he generally sees the error of his ways.

If only he would visualize before proposing these things. But you have to love his attitude! In actual play, we always err on the side of caution, but I've had a few double speculum exams from him, they are quite yummy, but careful is the word of the day.

Very special care must be taken not to compress or cut the tissue between the rectum and vagina when inserting and opening the blades on two sets of speculums.

When we were in school and learning about episiotomies, it was always stressed to the medical students not to make a bird out of the lady.

(For those who don't know, a bird has a cloaca and their rectum and vagina are the same orifice.)

Never heard of that in real life but it sounds exciting!

I do agree with Switchablesusie and to be honest the pic I have in one of my galleries is something I would never do. Suppersally talks about the pleasure she had " the first moment her boyfriend felt her vagina and rectum at first time", well tha's similar to a recto vaginal touch and if you do it in the right position you can feel how thin is the recto-vaginal septum ( feeling it between the middle finger at the rectum and the indicator at the vagina ) and it's then easy to understand the risks that Switch talked about.

Apart from that I like realism and a "recto-vaginal speculum exam or even speculum plus anoscope" will be a totally unrealistic play practice.

Wonder how a vaginal speculum exam with a slow rectal exam with the speculum in place would feel? too uncomfortable? Hmmm can't say I've ever...

In a true clinical setting it is very unlikely to have two speculums used on a patient at the same time, meaning one is one speculum remains inserted into the anus while the other is being used to open the vagina.
