Absolutely a fan of classic tighty whities, as well as vintage jockstraps. A nice variation before a catheterization is to wear a suspensory underneath your briefs. It leaves your

penis accessible while keeping pubic hair out of the way.

It's an absolute classic medical look.

I do like to wear briefs, but I always wear black ones. I do have some white ones but then again, the model is exactly the same as the black ones and I seldom wear the white ones. If I would know the doctor would orefer me to wear whites, I would change from black to white for her or him. But I have to say the black ones come down as easy as the white ones 😀

I haven't worn white briefs and white socks to a medical exam since college in the late 70s. I do remember the embarrassment of stripping down to tight, white briefs at the pediatricians office with my step mother looking on. There was one time where I had no clean underwear my regular size and had to wear a pair a year old and dressed in a hurry because I was running late. It wasn't until I stripped down that I realized my white briefs were worn and much too small and almost looked like bikini briefs to my horror when I saw myself in the mirror.

I always wear white briefs and a white vest tucked in. For spankings, white socks.

I definitely have a preference for white briefs and socks, especially those once ubiquitous white tube socks with the two colored stripes at the top.

I’m actually pretty anti-jockstrap, so I never have my patients wear one. (And by anti-jockstrap, I don’t mean that I am opposed to the purpose for which they are intended, but rather that they do not fit into my aesthetic for a play doc exam.)
