It is most certainly possible for a woman to lactate at least a little even if she's never been pregnant. At the moment I have an on line patient who is working on self-inducing. Here is an exerpt for my instructions to her that you might find useful:
"....A regimen to start your milk flowing is actually fairly straightforward and there are lots of resources available on the internet. I support the natural tried-and-true methods as opposed to drugs and/or herbal supplements. These natural methods include breast massage, nipple stimulation and sucking or pumping. You can easily perform breast massage and nipple stimulation yourself whenever you have the necessary time and privacy. If your breasts are sufficiently large as your DD cup size suggests you may be able to suck your own nipples. However, you would probably find a breast pump convenient. You can find basic manual single-side versions available in pharmacies beginning in the $10-20 range and basic electric models starting in the $30 range and going up. If you are interested in a very low cost option I suggest that you simply try using the rubber bulb from a turkey baster. These actually work quite well and you should be able to get two of them for under $5. Look for a baster with a fairly stiff bulb as it will provide the greatest level of suction.
You should start with a warm compress first to increase blood flow to your breasts. A heating pad is perfect for this but if you don't have a heating pad here are a couple easy and inexpensive versions.

Then do several minutes of gentle and sensuous breast self-massage beginning that the base of your breasts and working towards your nipples. Initially it should be light touch of your fingertips to encourage your natural "let-down" response. Imagine the whole of your breasts being full with milk and your fingertips are drawing that sweet liquid toward your nipples. Then you may do a little more vigorous massage including compressing your breasts and doing nipple rolls. Gently tug your nipples. There are a few typical signs of a let-down. Your breasts may tingle or feel particularly full or you might get a mild uterine cramp. Even though let-down is actually a reflex, it can also be learned and triggered. Pay attention to what you are doing or thinking as you feel it occur, and the repeat that during your next session.
For suction inducement, use hand lotion and apply it to your areolas and nipples and then stimulate them by rubbing and squeezing for several minutes. Then once your nipples are slick with lotion and erect, apply the suction bulbs. The lotion will help to make a seal and reduce the chances of chafing. You should leave the bulbs on for 10 minutes. As you remove the bulbs you'll find your nipples have become engorged and highly sensitive. If you repeat the rubbing and squeezing with your fingers you'll probably be surprised by how stimulating it is. If you do this once or twice daily by the end of the second week you'll very likely notice that your nipples are damp when you remove the bulbs, and a gentle squeeze will result in a little translucent white drip at the forming on the end.
I am most interested to hear about your progress. Also, pay attention to how your bras fit and the shade of your areolas. As your breasts begin to become productive that will become fuller and your areolas may darken slightly..."
