Fisting: Can't get it in!

Well, my fiance and I have seen the videos about fisting, I just can't seem to set it into my vagina. Any tips?

To work up to a "fist" whether anally or vaginally, one must start with fingers extended and work them as though you were putting your hand into a tight cuff. One does not make a fist and then put that fist into another.

Use plenty of lube and stop the activity if it causes pain.

As has been said, start slow. Use huge amounts of lube. When you think you have enough lubrication, you have about half of what you need. Well trimmed fingernails, well filed are essential.

And, while I have never encountered a partner who was not able to take my fairly small hand, I know that some women cannot do this, be it physical limitations or subconcious mental issues with the act.

Relax and stop if there is pain. Too much too fast can leave you sore for days.

Until you understand the physiical feeling of being fisted, have your partner go extremely slow...enjoy the ride...it's the journey, right? Once you've experienced a successful insertion, the next time and thereafter can be anticipated better. also, lots of lube, and repetitions pushing up against the vagina...or if so inclined, the anus. What you interpret as pain, may only be mild anxiety and once fisted to completion, the feeling changes.

Take your time, lots of lube, know that it wil happen someday ...just maybe not tonight.

Time and lube, lots of it are the only ways to go. I stretched my wife when she was pregnant to help stop tearing during birth, seemed to work 😄

I have not been able to accomplish this yet. I have tried with two women and one man. Lots of lube was used, but it hurt too much and just wouldn't go. Is it possible that I'm doing something wrong?? Need help! This is something I'd really like to have done to me! Input appreciated.

Stretching, time, nor lubrication, is an answer in itself. Think how the birth canal, the vagina, adapts to a baby's head and later assumes much of its pre delivery size.

All of those things combined, PLUS relaxation are all essentials, along with trust. I haven't seen relaxation mentioned here.

If you are anxious no amount of lubricant etc etc will suffice.

Don't feel bad. Most men who said they have vaginally fisted a woman are LYING, which is not to say it cannot be done.

The vagina was simply not meant to expand to that degree when birth is not imminent. Most women cannot be fisted. I have had two children, and can only be fisted by a woman with small hands. When you do this, the woman must really want to have it done, or it isn't happening. This is not something you can talk a person into.

This is not an easy feat for a person who is not very recently post-partum, at which time it would be contra-indicated anyway.
