First for a clean smell, be freshly showered before putting on latex clothing.
Based on my experience with latex tops, pants, catsuits and dresses, your wearing DEODORANT won't do a bit of good. There are a couple of reasons for this. First, If perspiration is your concern because of the body oils it may contain, you should use an ANTIPERSPIRANT to limit sweating. Second, the rest of your chest and back will get wet not long after you put on a latex shirt if you are doing any kind of physical activity in room temperature air, so drying your armpits is kind of a moot point. Finally, I don't know anybody who had a problem with perspiration ruining their latex clothing as long as it was properly washed and dried afterwards.
One more thing, a lot of people like to lightly lube up with a silicone like Pjur, ID Millennium, or other brand of silicone sex lube to get the garment on in the first place. Trying to get on skin tight latex clothing without some kind of lube (some people also like powder) is difficult at best, and strong pulling of the garment to get it on can cause it to tear, and latex clothing repairs are frighteningly expensive, assuming it can even be repaired.
After wearing the garment, you should hand wash and air dry it and when dry, powder it and hang it so any layers of rubber are out of contact with other layers.
