Ideal/Dream Enema Location

Definitely a medical setting -- ideally it would be a doctor's office specialized for proctology. It is also important for me that privacy is fully respected and the site has all necessary facilities and equipment both for the patient and for the medical staff.

One of the oddest and most memorable of my (many) favorite enema places was on board the Indian-Pacific rail road across the Nullabour Plain in southern Australia. Location does not seem so important to me as long as it is in a caring setting. For me my enemas have to be gentle, warm, and relaxing.

Does anyone else have a 'bathroom design' fetish, like me? If you were building or remodeling and you wanted to put in a new bathroom that was 'enema friendly' what would it look like? How would it be set up? Would you prefer for it to be a 'clinic' type of setting?
