Best Position for Suppository Insertion/Receiving

In 1992 when i satisfied my military service i worked in medical room in a military unit, where many military boys was internated in medical unit with severe flu,and very high temperature. In a separate room was one boy with very high fever, i administrated paracetamol oral, 3-4 times per day but the high fever persisted. in one evening i decided to insert suppositoryes to reduce high fever, but he was very embrassed, after a lot of a lot of mumbo-jumbo i persuaded him....finally was accepted,... i sayed to lie on stomach,pulled off his panties, i opened his legs wide, under belly one pillow ,and the two bubble buttocks spread opened with my fingers, i lubricated his anus with vaseline, (was very embrassed ,and was panicated, i tried to relax him) finally i insert suppository deep in anus, i waiting few minutes, and he was saying me. oh, my ass ...i feel like burning my asshole... i sayed to him: "you must keep the suppository inside anyway",after few minutes the burning sensation will dissapear. after 15 minutes, i inserted again one suppo, and after a hour the fever was completly disappear, one week in every evenig i inserted 2 suppositories. In the present, when i meet him on the street, every times smileing to me...(sorry for my bad english) i inserted many suppository, and i think the best position is lie on stomach, legs spread open, panties down on ankles, or completly without, big buttocks must opened with fingers to be a good visible anus specially a hairy anal opening and big hairy buttocks...

Not sure if it's the best position, but mom usually had me bend over, either the bed, the toilet, a chair, whatever was present at the time.

The best position for me is have the patient lie on their side and bend their knee slightly. They tip forward and can relax making a will lubricated suppository slid right in. Once the suppository touches the skin give them a couple seconds to relax the muscles and then gently push.

If it's me the receiver I prefer to be bend over the bed, but if I'm the giver, I prefer to have the girl across my lap.

When giving I prefer the person to be on their back legs spread out. It allows great access to the anus and also a great view. I make them lay like that for a short period of time while enjoying the view

I've had suppositories inserted in a number of ways. As a young kid it was over the lap. When I got older (early teens) the suppository was inserted while I was on my back with my legs spread and pushed towards my chest. Taking myself, the easiest is to stay, have one leg at a chair or wherever, and then relax and push it in slowly but deeply. Walking arround and pusing together your buttocks makes it to remain inside.

I think a person should be on there back with legs spread wide. The suppositories (2-4) should be inserted deep and held there with the finger holding it in deep and I can tell when it is completly melted so it does the most good.

If the suppository is more serious, as in less for play, person really needs it - an easy way it to have them lay on side, pull top leg toward chest. Then can just lift upper buttock and insert. Well, it depends. For medical purpose, i like the patient to be lying left side. For intimate play; on my lap bottom sticking up in my face. And for correction either on my lap or knee-chest position.
