A Sensitive Frenum-underside of the head of the penis

Is it me, but every time I go to the doctor, he always has to examine my dick. Every time the doctor would start palpating my penis, it gets very hard and then he would hold the base of my dick with one hand and gently flick my frenum and this would drive me crazy and I would get super hard and ejaculate.

Share your experiences........

On many to most men, the underside of the head of the penis and frenum area is the most sensitive spot.

You don't say if you are circumcised or not, but I do not know why he holds the base of your penis and flicks the frenum area which causes you to get erect and ejaculate.

I am circumcised but when anyone rubs or teases my frenum, my dick gets super hard and I cum. It depends on the rubbing. When the doctor would hold my dick, he would rub and flick it slowly and then I would orgasm.

Hi Medical+man!

I do love electro and it works great on me. As for why the doctor would touch me there...I have no clue. This has happen to me for years. As long as I remember, the nurse would bring me into the exam room. I would be alone and my Mom would be waiting in the waiting area. The nurse would have me get undressed into my undies. I would get onto the scale and she would wiegh me and take my hieght.

Then I would hope onto the exam table and she would the take my blood pressure and aftwards have me rollover on the exam table, she woud lower my undies and take my temperature via the rectum. After she was completed, I waited there for the doc to arrive. He would come in, it was the same doctor everytime. He would listen to my ears, look into my eyes and check out my throat. He would then have me lay down and he would palpate my chest area and work his way down to my lower abdomen. Then he would take his hands and place them underneath the waitband of my undies and feel around the upper pubic area.

This time he would remove my undies and at this point I would have a hard on. He would tell me to spread my legs and he then started feeling each testicle. He would then have me bend my leg towards my chest and feel my testicle and he would do that with each leg. Then he took my penis and started from the base and palpated the shaft working his way up to the head of my penis. He would open up the piss slit and feel the head of my penis. When he would do this, one hand was at the base and the other hand he would press a few times on the head of my penis.

While doing this he took his pointer finger and rubbed my frenum back & forth and up & down, at that age I my dick would pulse and I would have a dry orgasm and my penis would pulse in his hand as he would continue to rub it and my dick would then get soft in his hands and he would move on with the exam. He would then have me bend my legs and he would place a finger rubber on his index finger and lube it up and then lube my anus and insert that finger into my rectum. He would feel around and he would press on my prostate. At the time I didn't know it was my prostate, but it felt good. That would last only a few seconds and he would remove his finger, clean up and give my a shot in my ass and the exam was over.

This happen to me many times. You can also read some of my past posts.

This maneuver during a genital exam makes no sense. When a man has been circumcised, as you say you are, the only necessary exam is of the meatus. This is done by just spreading it apart and has nothing to do with the frenulum. The head is the only thing to be examined and this is already exposed and visible when you slip down your underwear. It makes no sense for him to flick the frenulum. This would be different in an uncircumcised man who need to have the foreskin retracted to visualize the head. Most doctors who have examined me just look at my penis. Occasionally one will check the meatus, but I have never had anything done with the frenular area.

The word is "frenulum". I don't know about circumsised penises because I don't have one. But I do know that it is very sensitive to the touch and when played with can maintain an erection.

Frenum and frenulum are both correct.

Frenulum is the OLDER accepted term, frenum is used most commonly these days.

There are freni in various places over the body.

Check a medical dictionary.

Susie is, as usual, quite correct. I had a frenulectomy done as a child, now it would be known as a frenectomy. Since I'm a girl, I obviously don't have a penis. Mine was done on the connective tissue between my lower front teeth and my lower lip since it was causing a mild speech impediment.

The derivation of the term is from the Latin frenum (bridle) and the Greek ectomy (excision).

Aren't we feeling esoteric today?

I can confirm to her that the underside of the head of this guy's uncircumcised penis is definitely the most sensitive!

On an uncircumcised man, checking the frenulum is a normal part of the GU exam, as it is checked when the foreskin is retracted, however, I have never heard of anyone doing such an extensive exam there.

The only time I have ever been taught, or have seen, any part of the penis "flicked" was a quick flick of the fingernail onto the top of the meatus, but this action is meant to cause an erect penis go flaccid, not to bring someone to ejaculation.

Curious, is this your PC or a urologist?

I don't want to make a general statement, but I will say that when my husband, who is circumcised, is all tied up and has an erection, if I feel like tormenting him by striking his penis with a chopstick or a pencil anywhere, especially anywhere around the glans/head/corona on the topside or underside, he will stay erect and or get harder, definitely NOT go limp.

Since I started this thread. I can't speak for every guy. I am circumsized but my frenum has been left intact. I can't tell you how it was done because I was a baby. Perhaps being Jewish, the Rabbi had a technique of taking the extra skin off but keeping the frenum intact.

I know many of guys that when circumsized, the Doctor or Rabbi, took off all the skin leaving the penis less sensitive. I also am aware of guy that are not circumsized and there penises are very sensitive.

Now, I'm not stating what my peditrician did to me was right or wrong or part of the exams. He just took it upon himself to thoroughly examin my penis. He took his time and he felt my penis and balls and he would hold my penis and rub the frenum area until I would orgasm. As a boy, I would have dry orgasm and as I reached puberty, I would cum. This happen often.
