Preferred position to have someone in to give them an enema?

KC is definately the most submissive and sexy position,however for colon tube insertion on the back is better.

I always had the patient in the Sim's position. It was so delicious like a hospital enema! There is something about having the patient turn her back on you and presenting her buttocks and anus for administration. That's the way I like to receive enemas as well.

I like to start out in the knee chest position to give and receive and then on the back legs pulled up.
