I am one of the people testing the Klystra 2.5 Qt open-top silicone enema bag set ( http://www.enemas4fun.com/forum/index.php?topic=3948.0 ). http://img106.imageshack.us/img106/1641/silsetxx8.jpg .
I have had a good experience with the set. It is very attractive and enjoyable to use. The open-top bag and hose are translucent white, quite good-looking. Translucent gear shows the water level and flow readily. Silicone has a nice shiny look and a pleasant feel to it. This is my first time using silicone gear and I am very impressed.
The set also comes with a set of white hardware including the tips and bag-to-hose connector. Everything is in 1/2" providing for a brisk flow rate. A clamp and a vinyl-covered metal hook complete the set.
As noted in the other thread and on a label in the package, the bag was designed to hold 2.5 Qts but was constructed at a size that can hold 4 Qts. The problem is the grommet for the hook will probably shred if 4 Qts is hung off it.
So this bag cannot be filled to the top and hung from a hook. The maximum recommended load is of course 2.5 Qts (this comes to about 2" north of the clamshell logo on the bag); with 3 Qts in it (almost up to the shoulders) the grommet shows the strain. (I measured to get the reference points. 2 Qts is 1" north of the logo; 1 Qt is up to the third scallop up from the bottom on the clamshell).
At first the restrictions on filling made me nervous. But it's not hard to keep an eye on the grommet and hook. The bag looks full enough with two and a half quarts in it. This set is fun to play with. Silicone is amazing and easy to care for; it's much more tolerant of various lubricants and so on.
I noticed a couple of little problems and of course I wrote to Robert at Klystra to explain. But these problems (nylon clamp is soggy on the silicone tubing & hole in bottom of bag was a bit loose) have already been addressed; they should not occur for anyone else.
The only other thing is that silicone is slippery as hell for greasy fingers! A couple times I had trouble filling it because the bag got heavy and slipped away - lucky I use my tub for filling up! Better to just clean off the fingers in question before handling the bag.
I was happy to be selected for the test and I am grateful to Robert and others at Klystra for the opportunity. I do not have any details about the price of the set or the availability. I hope this information is helpful.
