The comment above puts it in perspective. It's all about trust. The risk is far greater than the desire and passion to be given an enema by an unfamiliar male. I think the reason there are so many more males than females is that, in general, most males are out there looking for mates while most females are not.

From what I've read in this and other sites, most women are looking for an exchange of views about their enema experience, an exchange some of them probably feel intimidated to discuss in less anonymous places. Most women don't seem to be searching for mates.

Most men, would also feel intimidated by discussing their enema life in less anonymous places. Sure, many will engage in an exchange of views about their enema experiences; but almost always with an eye open for a potential mate.

Of course I'm expressing my own (male) biases when writing this. And of course there probably are some females trying to mate, as there are some males only seeking to chat. But I think most males and females in this site conform to the pattern summarized above. The more frequent search for mates by males than by females I think explains a lot of the difference in the numbers of each in the site.
