Cramping

I stop and let the water and gas out as well as the crud that is in there and start over makes it more comfortable later 😃

I generally do what Bagbug does, especially if it is the first enema of the session. After that first enema I try changing position and slowing the flow. I slow the flow by going from SIMMS to knee chest with my butt as high in the air as I can get it. After the cramps subside I than lower my but to increase the flow. Frankly, after the first two enemas I don't cramp alot, even if the third is an HHH, double SS, and the bag hung tube length above my but!

I haven't had a traditional (i.e., unwelcome) "cramp" since I discovered nipple stimulation, either taking or expelling.

I breathe deeply and slwoly, but i9 doesnt always work.

I do not enjoy cramps at all,for me,filling should be pleasurable and stimulating, Nurse Nikki has a valid point. That being said, I go a little further along with what she so well pointed out. First I get the water as close to body temp as possible, second I use a neutral solution(isotonic or chamomile or other herbs that promote relaxation) that does not irritate, third I set the flow as slow as possible along with keeping the height(12" - 18")just above the hips, fourth I clear my mind and relax,starting in the left simm's and gradually roll onto my back all the while gently massaging my abdomen breathing deeply & gently, I almost always finish the fill on my back with the water slowly flowing in, there are times also that I will add the right simm's. When I started doing that years ago, I found that cramps were extremely intermittent if at all.

When I'm on my left side I massage my tummy after stopping flow and take a few deep breaths. After opening clamp again and a cramp forms I'll turn on my back and massage my stomach works every time. After the first bag and expell the rest of my session seems to go fine.

You might also try stimulating other parts of your body to transfer the discomfort from the cramps such as: genital massage, pinch nipples, watching erotic video, using a paddle, etc.

I don't have a strategy,just take some deep breaths and try and relax

I have found that using cold water or other fluids cause me to cramp. When the water is sufficiently warm, or the fluids are heated slightly to at least body temperature, I have not had a problem with cramps.

If you don't like cramping; go slow and put nothing too concentrated (soap, soda, etc) in the bag also try gentle massage and "quick breaths" like panting to move the diaphragm around a little.

I agree - after cramping while holding, my orgasms during release are stronger than normal!

If you want to take pains to try and milk some time past the cleaning with vinegar or lemon cut it makes milk

Warm water and slow flow (bag no more than about 18" above my anus) keeps cramps at a minimum for me.

Cramping does enhance the orgasm for me. Seems to happen when I get really full. like 4 qts. Also if there is trapped air/gas. Sometimes using cold water will set up cramp and it feels so good to follow with a warm, almost hot flush.

Sometimes I like cramps and sometimes not. When I don't, I use a saline (saltwater mix) with about 1 teaspoon of salt per quart. When I want cramping, you can use plain water, soapsuds (castile bar soap is more crampy than castile liquid, depending on the amount used), or for maximum cramps a mild and molasses enema (half and half each of milk and liquid molasses).
