Massages and Enemas

I love massaging my belly when I am full. I usually just do a circular motion trying to massage the fluid deeper into my colon so I can take a good volume. I find it's really effective, just don't push your belly too firmly or it will make you feel like you have to really release badly.

Massage on the belly is beneficial and stimulating while being filled and holding the enema. The right motions can help move the water deeper into the colon.
