Suggestions for Self punishment

I'm looking for suggestions of punishment's that I could give to myself. Ice cream is my enemy & weakness. What punishments could I do to myself for eating too much ice cream?

I'm over weight so it is hard to spank myself with my hand. I've thought of trying a Superflex ruler. I'm thinking it might sting.

How long do particular pains last, which lasts longer? ie.jabbing, throbbing, burning, aching or stinging pain. What is better for spanking, flexable or solid, like the Superflex vs thick wooden ruler?

I need some punishments that can be easily done with my child around and some that can be all out PG19. Although, 😁 I'm sure my 9 year old >😄 would love to spank me with a ruler if there was no icecream left for him.

The Superflex is a good choice ... they can sting as much as you want them to ... I get mine at the dollar store ... and if you leave one sitting around in the open or packed in a purse or suitcase, no one will be any the wiser.

How about fresh peeled ginger root shaped into a butt plug and used like a butt plug...

Some of the ice or heat creams. They continue to increase in intensity after applied, which takes your control out of the picture. Pair it up with an enema with some special ingredients added and it can be a very intense ride.

Have you ever actually used Capacin cream?

The danger in using it is that its effects cannot be cancelled or turned off.

Bengay or the capsaicin containing arthritis rubs is a rush, and I will say to use with EXTREME caution and to test it out on very small areas before indulging yourself.

Keep Ben-Gay and Capacin FAR AWAY from and sensitive or mucosal tissues and VERY FAR from your face and eyes.

You might think it has a nice warming sensation, but in larger amounts it is horrible. I rubbed some on my husband's scrotum out of ignorance one time about 15 years ago in an S&M scene and the pain got so severe he literally cried and then a few days later, the skin turned dark brown and peeled off. It was a very ugly site (and sight) and was very sensitive and painful for almost two weeks.

The active ingredients in Ben-Gay are menthol and salicylates of varying concentrations, depending on the version of Ben-Gay or capsaicin creams you are using.

Active ingredients in Capacin is primarily capsaicin--the compound that makes hot peppers hot. Be forewarned of potentially VERY SEVERE reactions on sensitive tissues.

USE EXTREME CAUTION with Bengay or capsaicin rubs. They can be very dangerous.

Vicks Vapo-Rub is another product to be careful with as well as Fire & Ice ! Just a little dab is all that is necessary to take sex to the next level albeit quite smelly. Always have a turkish type towel or hand towel available to at least make an effort to remove most of the cream; ointment and/or salve excess.

Since most of these products are water resistant it will not be an easy fix to just flush the area with water to gain relief. Read the product labels for any directions on how to neutralize the reaction.

And as always there is the humilating embarrassing trip to the emergency hospital for the final solution. On another note be careful with ice. Ice can burn if left in contact with skin to long - think frost-bite ! Not as bad as the heat stuff but a pain in the ass in more ways than one. Use caution and have a back-up escape plan to prevent serious long term injury !

I have used Rub A535 Ice with good results. Rub liberally on the areas adjacent to, and a bit on the sensitive bits... incredible rush especially if you do it just before heading out in public where there is no washroom at hand... keeps the attention focused as the tingling continues to escalate. Never had the issues mentioned in the previous posting.

Susie, Thanks for the warning about Capzacin cream. The stuff is really potent and almost impossible to remove or reverse. You are correct, it must be used with caution, (label directions and warnings.) That being said, it is useful in treating a recalcitrant person. They will not forget the treatment any time soon, (like the next three years.)

Insted of a ruler try a large hairbrush or broomhandle. The sting from one of those my last a hour or two.

The burn from a coating of capsaicin creams last hours, and the soreness can last days, and I am not the only person who has seen skin turn brown and flake off. I have spoken to other Dommes at S&M clubs and they have described the same experience.

There is a reason for the warnings on the bottles and jars...

If you want intense pain then I would use a bath brush or an oak paddle or hair brush. They will give you the kind of pain you need as a deterrent for eating too much Ice Cream or anything else.

Have you tried ice in your pants and bra (if you are a female). A wetsuit or catsuit that is extremely tight put a tray or 2 of Ice cubes in there and let them melt while u don't move. You will find it is great punishment. If your underwear is loose you can duct tape the bottom closed(where the legs are). Another would be locking the bathroom door and forcing yourself to wear diapers. Depending on punishing add more

A leather belt can be swung at one's bottom from around the body, rather than trying to reach your own backside. Use a heavy enough one or even some other leather item. I have a braided leather dog leash that does me well, a lot of sting and burn and welts and marks.

Although it's been my experience that for folks who like spankings, there's really no such thing as a bad spanking (ditto for enemas for those of us who like them). I've never known anyone to want to repeat a good dose of castor oil... it's horrible going down, cramps, and gives folks hours to think about their behavior. We use it rarely at our house. And, the behaviors punishable by castor oil are avoided at all costs.

One that is not physically painful, but that I find to be emotional torture is corner time. It drives me nuts standing in the corner not knowing how much time is left.

For me punishment entails something a little more intense. It is about sensation and pushing limits.

Carve that little puppy into a pleasing plug shape. Soak with water and insert for an amazing sensation. Or -- gather the large plug and try Icy Hot as a lube. It will create quite a ride (as well as bringing a touch of sweat to your brow).

Is Icy Hot safe as a lube? I find some of the various muscle rubs can really draw the attention to tender areas... very intense.

I'm not sure if Icy Hot is safe or not, but it is SO stimulating that I have trouble holding any volume at all. So it's out of my tool chest.

3 oz of castor oil taken immediately following the ice cream treat would soon equate the taste of ice cream with the taste of castor oil.

The effects would last for a day or two making it a memorable event. Taste, cramps, rumbling tummy, diarrhea, gas, would be punishment enough.

However, using a wooden spoon (obvious symbolism - spoon/eating) with a swat for each pound overweight while waiting for the castor oil to take effect would give a nice glowing bottom to sit on when the time comes.

Epsum salts would also do the trick instead of castor oil.

She did ask for punishments that would specifically work for overeating! Aren't punishments supposed to be unpleasant to the recipient?

Perhaps there are others that have the same problem (I say looking in the mirror) that punishments making the ice cream seem uninviting would benefit from.
