How do people react if they notice your diapers?

I was outside today working on my boat. I'm wearing double diapers and plastic pants under my pants and shirt. Rather bulky to say the least. I was out for a couple hours before I ended up going in my diaper. I was also wearing a nursery print onesie. It's gotten to where I forget about what I'm wearing most of the time. Anyways Amazon showed up with a package. My dog decided to make a scene so I went down and got her. The driver and I had a nice talk for a few minutes. When I returned to the garage my wife was laughing at me. I asked what's so funny? She said, “so how did the Amazon guy like my onesie? I asked does it show? Her reply was ”you look really cute in your little dinosaurs"….

Since I've put on some weight and have a waist / “beer gut” that's bigger than it needs to be (need to work on this someday), also because I wear multi-layered thick cloth diapers that get very wet and heavy, my diapers will just NOT stay up on their own with the pins as they did years ago. So I either need to wear my “diaper suspenders” which I clip onto them, or a onesie to hold them up. I once went out like this with shorts over my diapers and a t-shirt over the onesie--this was in late spring and I got incredibly hot. I've often wondered if anybody would notice or pay one bit of attention to me if I just wore the shorts over the bottom part of the onesie but just the onesie from the waist up? It would be a plain white onesie but still obviously (to anyone who knew) a onesie… Just one of the many things I'd love to try sometime but probably never will.

I have the ensuite in the master bedroom set up for you to change diapers if need be. Oh and by the way, if you need help just ask. You are not the first adult person I have changed diapers for.

How many times I have had offers from women/girls and boys to help with my diaper changes. I guess they think if I am in diapers so my abilities must be the same as a baby in diapers.

To my credit, I wasn‘t staring at anyone, I was just looking out the window. I can’t even see individual people over there, they are all in silhouette from the lighting.

They do a double-take to make sure they saw what they thought they saw, and once they realize I'm actually wearing a diaper and that I caught them checking me out, they get totally embarrassed and try their hardest not to look at me again.

When i was young i was often taken out in my stroller /pram . Dressed as a girl and fully babied . Some would comment like the poor little retarded girl or child . Some mostly men would smirk and laugh . What amazed me the most was the amount of elderly ladies that would stop us to chat and offer to babysit me or help with me . My aunt accepted quite a few of those invitations and the ladies were delighted to find out that i had all working boy bits

Ill share a couple of recent times Ive been noticed since wearing more frequently.

1. Had to get an xray and was wearing a pullup that was wet and had to tell the tech. They didnt bat an eye and said it was ok (medical people see it all).

2. At a physiotherapy session for my knee and I suspect the therapist saw up my shorts. Was wearing shorter baggy shorts so may have been obvious. No reaction.

Least weekend, with the warm weather I've been wearing baggy shorts, which, when sitting on the ground (cross legged or just knees up) shows nearly everything. Almost like wearing a skirt.

Was at a local festival and realized lots of people had a clear view of my pull-ups through the day.

Over the weekend my wife warned me that when I got up from a picnic table in a park that I was giving everybody a free show of my pink plastic panties. I guess you just have to be a bit more careful when you're wearing baggy shorts.....

I stopped at a convenience store last night. I was wearing a Rearz Daydreamer. Apparently my shirt had ridden up. A guy (late 20s probably) said in a rather loud voice, "With all due respect, your brief is showing." (Looking back I think he just had a loud voice in general, like Loud Howard from Dilbert.) I said Thanks and pulled my shirt down. He said he worked at a hospital and just wanted to let me know.

You'd think if he was a medical professional he would have been more discreet! Oh, well. After dealing with this for many decades it doesn't phase me much anymore.

Went to a concert diapered yesterday. Drank a bit, realized on my way home that I was sagging in a way that made it very clear what I was wearing. Though nobody saw me in the dark venue, I'm sure someone noticed on the train home. But nobody said anything to me, so I assume people react kindly in general. All medical staff I've ever dealt with have been kind to me. In high school since I wasn't very fun to torment other kids kind of left me alone. I'm sure there were gossip circles I never heard where the topic of me wearing diapers came up, but they never made it back to me. I'm lucky in that regard.

It's perfectly normal to feel embarrassed but over time, those feeling become much less important. What is important is to be able to enjoy ourselves even when we are wearing diapers and plastic panties in public, under our clothes of course.

Got noticed today. It's quite rare but the hot weather makes hiding diapers a lot harder (no undershirts or onesies in the heat)!

Leaving the dollar store and a middle aged lady tapped me on the shoulder and just said "your shirt is caught on your underwear". I quickly reached back, adjusted and thanked her.

Not super embarrassing but also made me blush a bit.
