How do people react if they notice your diapers?

For me I have been looked at more then a few times mainly with just a look or stare but once in a while I get a giggle from girls or man or whoever feels its their rite to laugh at me for needing them!!!! But usually no one knows I'm wearing them.

Yesterday I was at a thrift store looking at some diapers they had when this girl noticed me and let out a laugh. I wish I'd have thought of this on the spot but I didn't think of it till later, I would have went up to her and said if you think me just looking at diapers is funny you should pull my pants down and see the cute diaper I'm wearing, go ahead I dare you. I was wearing a nice thick cloth diaper with pictures of diapered baby looney tunes characters on it. Thrift stores are a good place to find some good deals on diapers.

That would not have been funny jonjon. I have been laughed at many of times buying them well more like muffled giggles then laughing. So my suggestion would be just look at the person next time and say what do you think are more absorbent for me these or these, and hold up two packages of diapers that will turn her red and not you

It didn't bother me that she laughed, I didn't think any thing of it when she did. I would have liked to show off my diaper to her if she wanted to see it. I like it when girls tease me about my diapers!!

Some people will laugh. It's a sure sign of immaturity or it could be just a reaction to something one doesn't see everyday. a way of diffusing an uncomfortable situation for that person. Either way thats life. I have never personally had anyone (that I know of) laugh at me in public but then again I order my diapers online. but if someone were to see that I am wearing a diaper and laugh it wouldn't really bother me, I likely wouldn't pay it any attention (and thereby not even know)

No not in public, but I was once having a lay in when the doorbell rang, I looked out of the window to see a parcel delivery van outside with a man holding a parcel, at the time I was wearing a thick terry nappy and plastic pants which I had not long soiled so I was a bit smelly, over which I had a onesie vest and a footed sleeper in pink terry toweling. I pulled on a dressing gown and shouted from the window to leave the parcel in the porch, to which he replied "sorry luv you've gotta sign for it".

"Can't you forge my signature or somthing" I replied.

"Na can't do that I'll get sacked for that"

So I reluctantly pulled my dressing gown around me tightly and waddled downstairs aware of my big bulky smelly nappy, I opened the porch door my pink footed sleeper showing beneath my dressing gown as well as around my neck. I leant forward to sign the receipt, only for my dummy which I had completely forgotten about that hung around my neck to pop out of the opening at the top of my sleeper to swing loose like a pendant.I was so embarrassed but the delivery man just stood there like nothing had happend like it was normal to see a 40 year old woman dressed as a baby and smelling of poop. It was like he never even noticed, in a way I wished he had comented.

The weirdest think that I have had was one of my wives friends came over to drop off something for my wife. I was sleeping in my chair when she walked in and there I was sitting in nothing but a thick extremely wet diaper. She woke me up to tell me that she brought the stuff by the house and that I really needed to change my diaper. She did not know that I had to wear diapers and the disgusting look on her face said enough. I didn't care though because I don't have a choice in the matter and after 6 years I am finally enjoying it

I was ay wallgreens and I got a bag of diapers there was a kid there giving me a bit of shit I told him to get lose or I roll over him it is good being big at times

That's horrible. What if you had some sort of medical condition that required you to wear diapers?

I'm fortunate that I haven't gotten any laughs or snide comments yet. But I'm not sure what I'd do if I did. I see myself ignoring them or shrugging them off, what I usually do beneath snide comments.

When I went into target to get diapers one day. An old man asked why I needed them. I just told him I need. I wet day and night he said ok me too and it was really weird but it also really got me hot too.

I can't believe how some people act. Honestly they don't know what your story is then they shouldn't be laughing at you. What if you were in a bad accident and became an incon. Being alive would be more important than having to wear adult diapers.

You hit that one on the head Sydney. I was and still am kinda inco so for me it's a way of life and I usually don't hide my diapers or blush when buying them and I don't act weird or scared or anything its a product that I buy at a store and thats it. In fact I have only had one person ever say a word about my diapers to me and all she said was I needed a change I was leaking. I thought it was nice of her and felt a little embarrassed but I was leaking and I did need a change. I lived and never really thought about it after that day.

You are so brave. Ever time I buy diapers I am so worried I will see someone I know. I am even nervous when there is a young clerk at the counter. I can never even look the clerk in the eye. and I have to wait until there is no one at the counter until I can finally go up there and buy them. I am just so afraid of someone finding out my secrete. It would be so embarrassing

When I was around and even twenty, I would up to a salesgirl and with a pair the most babyish plastic panties ask her if they would fit me. 😜 😜 😜 Just to see her reaction. Other times I would just brouse around the plastic pants diplay until a salelady came over and asked if she could help. And I'd say that I was looking for plastic panties for myself cause I wanted to feel llike a baby. Most of the time I thinkm the salesladies were to shocked to say anything. Some times I got a giggle.I would have loved a laugh along with an offer of them wanting to put the plastic pants on me.

I also get a thrill out of plastic panties! I buy mine on line so i don't get to ask anyone if they will fit. Went shopping today in cloth training pants and yellow plastic panties on under my shorts. That was fun...

I love people's reactions to seeing my diapers, I get all sorts of weird looks, but none weirder that the time I couldn't find a washroom to change my very wet diaper, and a very pretty girl noticed that my pee had leaked through my pants and was not grossed out, but she had scrunched up her nose because of the stench, and then she told me that she would change me.

Well, i think i was noticed tonight. I was out downtown checking out the new drug store they built ( same old junk there, just Tena and store brand). I was wearing a fairly wet x-plus and some track pants.

Anyways, I was standing in an isle and one of the hot young girls that works there ( hey I'm no perv, I'm pretty young still myself! 😜 ) was walking down the isle. As I looked over towards her I saw her staring at my padded butt and she quickly looked away and kept walking! 😄

I cant say for sure, but I'm willing to bet she saw that big ol diaper!

Hi, this question is for those of you, who like to wear their diaper when they are out and about, but who, like me, prefer to keep it their little secret.

A couple of times I had my diapers exposed to strangers by my bf, cause he wanted to teach me a lesson, usually by announcing that he had to change me or by checking my diapers where others could see, in these situations the people didn't interact with me, but only with my bf, asking him if I was ill or mentally handicapped, but once I went shoe shopping in my pull-up, and I'm still not 100% sure the lady in the shop saw my diapers but it's the best explanation for how she treated me, for once, being rather tiny I'm used to being taken for a teenager, but that lady treated me more like u would a six year old child or someone u think to be slightly retarded, don't get me wrong she really was sweet about it and helpful, she even offered to tie my laces for me.

I have to confess I provoked that by being rather slow and methodical doing it myself, I really like getting my shoelaces done for me, that makes me feel so little the other thing was she wouldn't let me sit down on any of the nice upholstered chairs they had there, I think she might have been afraid of leaking, anyone wants to share their experiences?

Well, I don't really have an experience of my own to share, because I'm very reserved about them being seen. I have gone out in my diapers a number of times though! Anyway, I really wanted to thank you Praymanti for sharing your story, I gave you a karma point! I thought it was funny, her not wanting you to sit, and also wanting to help tie your shoes! And, if you had a pull up on, and were wet, she might have been justified! I'm assuming it was a disposable pull up?

When someone notices and ask me why i just tell them im incontient or if its a kid asking ill tell them i have accidents.

Well, Ive never actually had anyone notice, at least noone's made it obvious to me, I try and cover it up I think pretty well...

I've actually had a few instances. The most recent was at a mall while on the escalator. I had bent down to fix my shoe and heard from in back of me, "Is that a diaper?" I had a cloth diaper and white plastic pants on that were poking out.

I quickly pulled my shirt down and turned around. There were two women (mid 20s or so), one on a cell phone looking off to the side as if nothing was said. As a got off the escalator, I could hear, "Oh my god!" accompanied by a bit of giggling.

Never had nayone really say much about it . Yes have had the few giggles or smile or even wink but never a word said otherwise. But once in a drugstore here while buying more one lady did tell me my diaper was leaking . didnt notice it when i bent over and a wet spot apeared .

Only had one person notice I was wearing, a coworker. She's a middle aged women so at least she was mature about it. She was just curious as to why I was wearing them since she said she didn't notice me wearing them before. I told her I had always been wearing due to urge incontinence and had just switched to a thicker brand, haha.

This last weekend my wife's friend stayed overnight. I wore to bed and when I woke up I forgot she was here.....I walked through the house in a diaper and a tshirt right past her. my wife frieked a little bit but her friend never said a word lol

People who notice generally don't say anything, they may wink or giggle but very little is ever said. That aside the excuse of incontinence generally works for me if anyone has any questions, or tell them that you have a Urinary Tract Infection, those excuses have gotten me out of a lot of awkward questions.

When people do notice and IF they do say or ask anything i just tell them i broke my back 24 years ago and wearing diapers has been just a fact of life as a result

any snide comments they make could result in a broken head or in severe cases they could meet my friends from Massachusetts (Smith and Wesson!! in Nevada we can and do carry guns legally)

besides who wants to mess with a 6' 1" and 300lb guy(even if i do like to wear them)

I used to get upset when people noticed I was wearing, but now I just look them in the eye and smile back. usually they turn away looking sheepishly embarrassed.

I've never had anyone actually say anything though.
