The best cleansing I have ever had

I see many discussions on Metamucil, so i bought some. I haven't tried it as an enema yet, but I will shortly.

Yesterday I had 5 glasses of metamucil and god only knows how much water.

Today I woke to the biggest poo session followed by 3 enemas of plain water.

The first, about 3.5 litres came out dirtyish, but not that think (there wasn't much left in there). The second one another 3.5 litres came out clear, really clear!

Finally I figured I would fill my 5 litre bar to the brim and see if I could take it all ... slow (I normally do 3.5 from about 6 feet high).

I was feeling full after about 5 minutes and thought "this is it, I can't do any more" when 'slurp'... I heard the bag empty. I did it! Second time ever!

You know the water in that toilet was as clear as before I started except for a little mucos spots (which were absolutely white).

They say Metamucil is like a broom for your colon... this was living proof. I feel great today and have o put it down to that great start to the day.

Now... to make a mix that can solidify inside me after it goes in!

I think bentonite might work as a semi-solid enema,I read that it is used in a lot of cleanses because its properties,I think the solid level depends on how much water you add to it

Sounds good, but sadly you cannot seem to get hold of it in the UK.

I don't know. I'm not sure about putting clay in the rectum. I'm curious to here what others think. :-\

Bentonite is completely safe. Some wholistic practitioners recommend drinking water with bentonite mixed in to sweep out the colon and absorb impurities.
