I've only recently started to make albums, but some people's have had thousands of views with barely a handful of comments to show for them.

Once, I even took the trouble to send a personal message to someone who'd expressed an interest in seeing a particular type of picture, to say I'd just created some new albums that contained that type. I did not even have the courtesy of a "thank you" (and yes, that person has been online since).

Remember, if no-one could be bothered, there'd be no albums - and no site.

Exam doc is absolutely right. Most of the exam should be done without gloves, since there really isn't a need for them. But then I love to watch as my doctor or NP pulls on a pair of gloves in preparation for the more intimate parts of the exam. She knows what part of the exam is next, and I do too. The buildup of anticipation is wonderful.

I really enjoy the non sterile fisherbrand gloves and the criterion brand. They are powder free with a smooth finish. You could get a handjob with no lube although they feel even better with it. I dislike the nitrile ones, often in purple, as used in forensic crime TV series. Their thinness is a plus in clinical exams, tho' they may not be approved of where there is any risk from viruses, such as HIV and the various hepatitis ones. They used to be sold in the UK as Disposa Gloves - I don't know if they are still available.
