(to start, my girlfriend is watching me type this) -- My gf has been bad here recently and needs to be disciplined. One question that might inspire some ideas (although it may be too late by now), is: What is the specific infraction she's being punished for? Let the punishment fit the crime!

Another suggestion which I mention just because no one has said it yet, and may be a little "out there" depending on what you're into: Give her a golden shower. That might help reminder of her place.

Already has been mentioned but a decent nappy rash can take a few days to heal, every time she sits down the soreness will remind her how bad she was. Best way to get a quick rash is to make her wear very thick multiple cloth nappies with very tight plastic pants over the top. Start when she can be kept in a wet nappy for at least 48 hours. I agree with Dr E. You have to understand your sub before you can administer punishments that will give her a lasting memory.
