I think some men think of enemas from a female as being sissy or babylike and enemas from another male as being gay. I don't believe all men on men enemas are gay, but some are and that carries over a stigma. Because of this, I'd say it is much easier to get a female interested in enemas.

I think it is easier for a girl to convince a guy to try an enema than the other way around. The girl has the leverage. If she says, "You don't get any pussy, or a blow job, until you give me an enema, or I give you an enema", you can be sure someone will be quickly filled. I really don't think the sex of person plays a significant role in how easy/difficult it will be to convince them to try enemas.

I really think it comes down to a person's preconception about enemas before you ask them to try it.

If they are not into trying new things sexually then they would be difficult to convince.

If they associate enemas with messy diarrhea and cramps then very difficult to convince.

On the positive side, if they are open to trying new things sexually then maybe they will try it.
