Self bondage and enemas

Has any one Incorporated a punishment enema with self bondage? Was looking for some ideas?

Enemas ARE a bondage!

You HAVE to stay in position to get proper retention. The knee-chest position just is not comfortable. Once you are under enema, you have to stick with it!

Isn't that bondage?

YES, using velcro type bands. Can add some interesting variety. Oc course, the big concern is to not get permanently bound! Keeping a 911 phone accessible is a good idea.

Lisa K You are quite right I think that is why I like enemas so much. When you open the clamp and the water flows into you have no control the enema has taken over.
