Homemade equipment

Does anyone know how to "homebrew" any equipment?

We're a pretty clever group, and even have an engineer or several on the forum, but mind-readers we are not. Could you be more specific about what you have in mind as far as homemade equipment is concerned?

Mashie, the triple syringe concept gives me visions of the apparatus used for execution by lethal injection. I am sure that would induce an intense level of fear for the patient. Presumably you arrange them in a triangular pattern rather than in a series? I could see modifying a lab injector pistol or aspiration needle biopsy frame for that purpose rather easily.

h2ocathman inquired about "equipment" which is a very broad term. I would consider that as at least two primary categories oversimplified as furniture and instruments. A third category would be supplies and consumables, which should always be considered as items you purchase and not something you would ever concoct at home.

Furniture and fixtures such as exam tables, stirrups, etc. may be made by almost anyone with skills of carpentry/joinery, upholstery, and basic metal fabrication. Obviously the better the design and construction skills of the builder, the better the final result will be. The best source for an aspiring engineer would be photographs or actual hands-on measurement of professional exam tables. Keep in mind that recycling common household and office furniture may save you consider time and expense as well. Ikea's catalogue makes a good starting point for some projects and with a bit of ingenuity you could turn that old Lazyboy recliner into something similar to a manual version of the Midmark 413 or 415 Female Procedure Chair.

Instruments are much more sophisticated and the consequences of failure could be serious or even fatal injury to the patient. Even if you have the intricate skills of a watchmaker or a fine instrument technician capable of building something like your own telescope, you will find it is wiser to avoid any type of homebrew and use only genuine certified instruments.

I used an oral-B electrical tooth brush, and remove the brush part. It is then a probe like instrument, which produces very intense sensations!

Hi, i built two sex toys with cigar tube, in the first i have inserted a slim vibrating eletric motor and add a battery and switch on the top, it's similar to a classic vibrator but is a cigar tube !

Another cigar tube is built like a inflatable plug, with a slim vibrating eletric motor inside and three party balloons around the tube with a pump, like the pump of sfygomanometer, that swollen the balloons.

The second sex toy is very interesting !

I made a hole with the drill on the top of the cigar tube and two hole around it.

After i inserted the cigar tube in the party balloons, one at a time, as when you inserted the condom on your penis.

After with hotmelt i paste a vibrating motor in the cigar tube and the hose of the pump.

I seal the cigar tube with silicone, and made a switch for switch on the vibrating motor.

A portable massage table makes a good, realistic exam table. If you want, it's easy to get a paper roll holder and mount it on the end. I just love the clinical feel of a paper-covered table.
