Where do you keep/hide your medical play stuff?

I am wondering where some members of the board keep or hide their medical equipment? Personally, I have two large nice tote bags that I use as my traveling nurse's bags. I normally keep these in my home office in the closet, away from the prying eyes of my pet sitter.

When I want to play, I set up my private exam room with its covered massage exam table, professional looking sink and oak cabinets and tables for all of the instruments. Of course, I also have my exam lights so the Doctor can perform a thorough GYN exam.

Members, where do you keep or hide your medical supplies?

I started out with a tackle box as well, but our equipment has far outgrown that. I have a full-size foot locker that sits under a table in the living room. It is always padlocked, a wise move when my three year old grandson comes to visit and it keeps the housekeeping staff at hotels at a safe distance. The foot locker has wheels on it so it's relatively easy to move, and it's made out of molded plastic so it doesn't weigh all that much (empty). It holds pretty much everything including two telescoping IV stands, a task light, and the stanchions for our leg slings. I've packed everything else in appropriately sized Ziploc bags, so everything for enemas is in one bag, catheters in another, speculums and instruments in another, lubes, etc., you get the idea. This way, when he comes to play we zip to my place from the airport, pick everything up and off to the hotel we go. We have a six-foot folding conference table that goes with us.

Ummm, did I mention that we're both a little "anal" about organization?

I keep mine in a large black attache case, similar to what pilots carry all their flight/airport maps in. It looks like a large doctor's bag.

I can appreciate being "anal" about organization. One close friend went out and bought a few rolling plastic storage units with drawers to keep our play stuff in at her house. She kept them hid in the back of her walk-in closet. When it was play time she brought them out. 😁

I keep mine mainly in an old medium suitcase which sits padlocked in a quiet corner of the garage...the car never goes in there!

Inside the suitcase is also a Flylite soft case which can be carried in the cabin of most aircraft. This bag goes with me to hotel appointments or home visits and is an ideal size for all the necessary instruments etc.

I also have an extra supply in a big cardboard box up in the attic, nobody goes up there but me...

Most is safely stowed in the closet. Extra supplies are in the basement and a few things are hidden in drawers

I keep mine in the closet... It's just a steth,a cheap one,and a blood pressure cuff,so it's not hard to hide it... and I hide it because I would be embaressed if someone would find it...I don't know what would I say to them..

Believe it or not, justk, BP cuffs and steths are pretty common in many households these days. Just as common as the infamous red bag and hose on the back of the bathroom door "back in the day". If anyone should happen to ask (and they probably won't), just tell them that you monitor your BP on a weekly basis or when ever you're feeling stressed.

Tis a question that could concern many, especially single people.

I am a male without an intimate partner, and have med.fet equipment and other 'stuff' in my home. I also partake in alt.sexuality activities that involve leather, etc. Ssssoooo, for me, it's not really a matter of where I keep my stuff, as long as I am around. This issue is, if something happens to me, and others have to come into my home for any reason, what will they think when they find dozens of syringes and needles, injectable B-12, Bacteriostatic Water, enema equipment, a rigid sigmoidoscope, other medical equipment, coupled with leather accoutrements, such as crops, paddles, floggers, and even a single-tail whip that I never had the opportunity to learn how to use. Oh, and don't forget the canes that I made in the past for myself and friends...

And, what about the paraphernalia used in the manufacture of Hermann's Bullets? Yep, tis not really a matter of where I hide my 'stuff'...

My concern is not where to hide the "play stuff"; it is having a close friend that knows of my interests, who can come in to 'detox' the house if something untoward were to happen to me. I am in the youth of my senior years, and many things can happen between now and the end of my days... Years ago, it was a drunk driver who said hello to me one afternoon when I was a pedestrian.

Just imagine if vanilla friends or some of my religious family came into my home, if something happened to me...

Now, that's a troubling thought!!!

I completely agree with you and you have raised a very valid point for all fetishists. My daughter is aware of my fetish, though not the intimate details, and knows where are all the goodies are kept. If something were to happen to me, she could simply take that footlocker and a few pertinent items out of the bathroom and squirrel them away elsewhere. That would happen long before my 81 year old mother or puritanical sister came into the scene!

What an interesting twist on this topic. If you were in a serious accident or died, who would find your medical equipment and would you be embarrassed? Assuming that you could be embarrassed after your death, of course.

Personally, my intimate friends know of my fetish side, so it wouldn't be much of a surprise.

This thread has taken an interesting turn. I remember reading about someone who had a close friend that knew of and perhaps shared their interest. They were instructed where the goods were and upon their demise, get the equipment and make make it disappear before the family found any of it.

In my day the enema bag hung on the back of the bathroom door;in the 70s I noticed that douche bags decorated many a shower .Like the old song"where are the snows of yesteryear"also the enema and douche bags of yesteryear? The drugstores around here have shelves of plastic disposable douches and enemas but nary a bag! Why dont our ladies demand the real thing.I cant speak to the douche situation but the one squirt Fleets are no fun at all!

No one knew what was in there, except that it was personal, until about a year ago when we were "forced" to show and tell our daughters. The older one came home a day early from a friend's house because the party she was at had drugs, and she walked in on my husband and myself in the midst of an S&M scene in the music room. She saw a ton of our stuff anyway, so the secret was out of the bag. Once the older daughter knew, it would have been pointless not to tell the younger one because her sister would have described everything to a "T" anyway.

I keep mine in plain site and explain to the curious that I'm a collector of old and new medical equipment. Some are confused and others are in the know. I get a few new patients that way.

I keep mine in an old chest that looks like a big treasure chest because it has a huge lock on it. If people only knew what "treasure" was in there....

I keep most of my enema bags and equipment hdden away but also sometimes like to keep at least one red enema bag hanging in the bathroom ready waiting for my next enema!

I get such a thrill seeing my red enema bag hanging up each time I use the bathroom!

I put mine in a box that's among other boxes behind a Japanese partition. Looks normal enough as long as nobody tries to dig around in there.

Well to be a hundred percent honest with you guys on here, For the most part my medical equipment is all over the place. Being a nurse, I bring things home in my pockets frequently and just empty my pockets wherever. Because I have done so since the kids were little I guess they have never questioned any of it.

I have started gathering it all up though and tried to keep it all in one place, along with my other things that I only use for either my Kansas or New York trips. That way when it comes time to get ready to leave, and my time is so short anyway, or often I decided to go on a short notice, I have all my goodies in one place so I can just grab what I want to tale, pack it in a suitcase and I am ready to go in just a few minutes time. Sure beats searching high and low for things that all should have been in one place to start with. IT's just so much easier that way. But like I said, I don't have anything to hide from the girls, and beside that, they sort of know momma has a kinky side. And beside at their age. who cares anyway, they are both 17 and 19 anyway. They both get it. And when and if they ever had questions about some of the stuff mommy had in her pockets, I told them open and honestly the real reason for the medical equipment, not the kinky plans I had for it later, lol.

So while I do try these days to keep a lot of my medical things in one place, it still on off days can be found in all sorts of various places right out in plain site. But again, if you have read any of my posts, you will clearly see that I don't run my house in the typical fashon a lot of people do., however with that being said, I must not have scared them too bad, again they are 19 as of yesterday, and soon to be 18 in feb and neither of them have been pregnant, or have even seen the back seat of a police car. So, I can't complain. lol

Some is in a locked cabinet on the boat and some things just in the closet at the house. OH I almost forgot, a drawer full in my nightstand.

Oh Susie, what a lovely story - much as you were understandably uncomfortable at the time. And you know what was the loveliest part of it? And why? - the fact your daughter discovered your secret because she'd had the sense to leave a party where drugs were circulated.

Although you don't say it I'm sure your daughters had been brought up to be well 'rounded' and well able to accept that people are sometimes 'different'. I know there are a lot of households where children, teenage usually, are horrified that Mum and Dad kiss - let alone that they might have sex! I blame our schools for teaching human biology and sex, which of course is important - but neglect to teach about relationships. Parents too are at fault for being unwilling to discuss this.

I'm perhaps the luckiest playdoc around, at least amongst the married ones, because although my wife is not the least interested in medfet she accepts that I go out, sometimes for days at a time and all I need do is say when I expect to be back.

Now to the Topic title which is "Where do you keep/hide your medical play stuff? Well mine is kept, including the examination table, under our bed with the instruments etc; in unlocked cases, though sometimes in the garage if I think someone else might be present when I get home. So if it's gone, should she choose to look, it's pretty obvious why!

I've always wondered what would happen if someone had to go through my stuff because something happened to me. I should probably put it all in one place and tell a close friend what to get rid of before anyone comes in.

Our medfet supplies are in a duffle bag in the closet. The iv pole is no big deal as it was used in the past for true medical reasons. I've been trying to convince my husband that we need an exam table. He's scared to death that someone wohld find it and ask questions. I don't care if they find it. We're married consenting adults. I dare our friends.and family to ask....

Funny story.... we were moving and a friend of ours was moving one of our sex/play bags. It started to vibrate as he was carrying it. It took him a few minutes to figure out that it was my vibrator! The look on his face was priceless!
