A question for the girls into online exams? How do you like them performed the best. Looking for pointers

Oh my! Where to begin?

I've been the patient and the doc for several exams, so I see this question from both sides. Let me just say that I don't care for webcam exams, but that's just me. I have to feel really comfortable with someone before I'll appear on camera. My partner and I played on line for two or three months before I would get on cam with him.

I use skype or YIM phone for on line exams, but I have also done them via YIM text as well. Either way is fine with me, but I do like to hear a voice. I really do get excited by sound effects as well, like the sound of gloves being donned, a speculum in the doctor's hands, or a wrapper being opened (that could be cotton swabs or it could be a syringe; you just never know!).

Above all, the exam must have a strong sense of realism as well. I like correct medical terminology, and I like the exam to follow a realistic process. By that I mean what a real time doctor would do; don't just dive into the gynecological exam, do a head-to-toe assessment first.

I want to talk to and get to know anyone who is going to be examining me, whether on line or in real time. I like to have some "give and take" as to what the exam will include, and the doc must understand that there are clear boundaries where I won't go. With all that in mind, the experience is usually quite successful. With my current partner, those on-line exams turned into a real time meeting and we've been playing together ever since.

This is just my experience and opinion, your mileage may vary.

Very good points by LadyDoc. Online can engage the imagination into scenes that might not be possible in person. Both doc and patient need to be in sync for that, but it can work.

Karma for you, Ladydoc. In addition to the points you stated, I'll also add that descriptive details go a long way in an online exam. It gives both the patient and the doctor a better visualization of what's going on. 😉

Online is the best way to have an exam for the first time if you got the kink at the online examination than maybe it ok to try it in real life although the it a lot easier and safer to find the partner online than in the real life. The whole aspect of the role play to be enjoyable totally depends on the imagination and how well it can be described if the person lack imagination and is unable to describe well each steps he takes than it not the best way to try online exams

I would like to answer your question also to make it more clear for myself. (writing things down does that for me, especially when possibly being read by someone, so I will really try to say what I mean. However please know that my native tongue is not English)

And as I'm nicely encouraged by some alcoholic substance, it's now or never! 😉

My first -and only- chat exam was actually quite a turn off -although I did amuse myself- as the doc started to kiss me not even ten minutes into the exam! So.. I discovered I'd like it to be as 'real' as possible. No kissing, no sex. However I love to tease, quarrel and flirt as well as to boggle and recalcitrate whenever things get intimate. Cause honestly... I'm such a prude! A gentle but unwavering doc would be thrilling!

I love detailed descriptions, medical terminology and the doc to take his/her time. Build the anticipation. I will try really hard to tell you how I feel, how my body reacts and how I contradict in words, (re)actions and body language.

I think I would like to perform exams as well, but as I'm so new to all this medical stuff, for now I'll stick with the patient role. Because when in the role of the doc I would also like it to be realistic.

I would like to get to know someone a little first by chat. Also I would really appreciate a ladydoc as my first playdoc even just for a chat exam. For me the most important thing is to feel comfortable with each other and have fun!

I prefer to skip over the medical history stuff & just get right to the physical exam.

I like doing a complete exam. Jumping right into the gyno is kind of a turn-off for me, though it is nice to have the patient completely naked during the whole thing. I usually take my time - examine the throat, abdomen, take measurements, stuff like that, and the gyno exam is left at the very end of it. I also don't like to ask about patient's medical history. It's kind of boring for me, really, but if it's a turn-on for the patient I'm usually up for it (just like everything else) 😉

A more "real-life" type of exam, including the breast exam, would be the most erotic for me.

I'm not a girl, so I'm OT concerning the question of the thread.

But I'll describe how I do online exams to girls and how I like online exams to be done on me:

First, I prefer the exams to be done via text chat. I don't like cam chats that much because it leaves less room for fantasies and my own imagination.

Second, it is very important that the doc appears as a professional. Even if the doc conducts procedures which are not real medical procedures.

Third, the writing must be very verbose. E.g. "the doc pushes in the enema syringe" is way to short, it must be described in detail how the doc applies the lube, how the syringe is placed at the anus, how the doc stimulates the clit to distract the patient from the (large) enema nozzle and so on.

Fourth, everybody should describe his/her feelings. This is very important for the doc to get feedback what the patient likes or dislikes and, of course, to stimulate fantasy.

I'm sure I forgot many, many points, but I think those are the most important.

Reading some of the replies here (big thanks to matloh and ladydocisin for making it much clearer how they work) got me pretty interested in them. I think they are very similar than the "stories" my boyfriend used to tell me and I sometimes told him, when we weren't together and wanted to try new ideas by fantasizing about them first, only they weren't about medical things.

I'm still unclear about my part when taking and exam like that and not sure what is expected. Should I say anything at all, or offer feedback? Or role play with him? For example if he described touching my breasts, then telling that hes hands feel cold.

well, for me it is very important to get feedback from the patient (when I'm the doc). This is because of two reasons: On the one hand the doc has to get feedback whether the patient likes the treatment or not. So the patient can indirectly tell me which direction the exam should go. On the other hand I'm of course getting aroused when I virtually see/hear the patient moaning, getting wet and so on.

So from my point of view, there is much more interaction compared to "story telling".

If you like we can try an online exam, but I'm located in Austria, so it might be difficult due to different time zones.

I've never really had an "online exam" go as such. Pretty much I just engage in medical fetish with one 'special friend' and it sort of just goes from stething to webcam sex. Haha... but I'm not complaining! 😉 I just have idea what a true online exam would actually entail...

I like a mix between real and kink, I like the doctor to be professional, but slowly lose that as he seduces me. I like procedures, instruments, and toys

I like on line exams to be done by a firm but kind Dr. I like typing not voice or video exams. A detailed story build up is important. Why am I having this, who is taking me? Etc Etc. the Dr should be very professional and fully clothed. He will of course do things that are not part of a real exam. Restrain my legs (for my own safety) test my sexual responses. Develop a vagina/anus stretching program for me. Exams should last a long time.

I like really thorough gyn and rectal exams performed by a strict doctor. I also like it to be realistic so I am not naked in the play, always wearing a gown or bra/panties.

My ideal online exam is a long, drawn-out, thorough gynecological examination. I want a strong, dominant male physician to take control of my healthcare needs. It's important that you explain to me what you're doing in great detail and tell me what you need me to do..... aka "just relax". There would be a quick check of basic vitals, a breast exam, preliminary pelvic exam (with a more in depth one later in the exam because you want to check one more thing just to be safe). There would be a speculum exam with both a Graves and a Collins (and perhaps even a Trelat). Then on to an in depth rectal exam (no pun intended). Possibly including an enema, digital exam, rectal speculum, anoscope, and maybe even a proctoscope (or we can save that for the follow up referral you give me that lands me on the good proctologist's tilt table). Oh, and the exam would have to involve knee supports, rendering me helpless with all loss of control, because I get nervous and have a tendency to draw my knees together during a deep exam. Can't have that now, can we?

I have done a few online exams. The ones that I have done, and the ones that are most memorable, were geared towards realism. There was no sexual overtones that were presented during the exam. I also loved the ones where there was dialog/conversation between the doctor and the patient. It was not just one-sided in that the dr was doing all the work and the patient was just laying there. The patient conversed with the doctor and described what they were doing. Also the patient describing what they are feeling at a particular moment in time during the examination is a plus as well.

I know most strictly prefer real roleplays where the patient and doctor meet in person. Don't get me wrong, I like those as well. However given geographical locations, travel might not be an option. To me the online roleplay is the next best thing, if done correctly.

I like my exams as realistic and detailed as possible. I also like when there is conversation between the patient and the doctor and not just the exam happening.

I like them to take me back to where (and when) this whole thing started for me. That would be the "tween" years or earlier. It was before I had even heard of "sex," and nothing gyno really took place. That was the time of all those scary shots.

But this is just MY preference, and I would not presume to speak for everyone.

I have heard from many of my “virtual” patients that they love our preliminary discussions to outline the exam and the subsequent physical preparations for the “visit” allowing for an increased level of realism.

By physical preparations, I mean of course a stethoscope but also getting an exam table or the like set up...a massage table will do, but so will a long table with some kind of pad on it. The next requirement in some of my more prepared virtual exams, is real crinkly exam paper, a rectal thermometer, enemas, speculum, alcohol pads, and the like. All can be obtained from on line medical supply houses or Amazon.

I also purchased a pack of sterile blood test “finger price/lances” for the patient to use on her bottom to feel like that shot in the bottom the doctor always gave us when we were young.

The thing about the finger lance is that the blade comes covered and sterile and easy to expose. The lance is very short so one may push it into a carefully alcohol swabbed cheek without thinking or looking.

It pierces the skin enough to give the feeling of a shot, particularly if the patient has her panties around mid thigh to emphasize the exposed bottom the doctor always got to see and is laying on the crinkly paper. Add the smell of alcohol and the doctor saying “now this is going to sting some” and the effect is complete.

I've been enjoying online exams a lot recently. I find they are the most exciting when the person playing the doctor describes what he is doing while also conversing with me and responding when I converse back. Some only explain the action, but I like the combo. It's also fun if you decide on a scenario before hand. Create more of a scene, like the patient is coming in for birth control, or get more interesting and set it in an asylum or prison. Just find out if the patient enjoys the specific procedures or if they like to protest and be dominated or whatever else, but there are multiple factors that could turn someone on.
