I have been taking enemas for long time and for many reasons. In that time I have observed that most of the participants in this practice do so in the Simms or knee chest positions. Almost all of my enemas are solo and taken on my back. More important to me, is the fact that I prefer to have the tube and nozzle enter from the front and between my legs since I find that my anus is more accessible from that direction. My question is, why do I seem to be in the minority since it seems everyone else prefer the tube to enter from the back?
