Enema habit

What are your thoughts on enema habit? If you take them too often some say you eventually won't be able to go with out one. So far my experience has not been no. After a few days I return to normal. Let's just say in the last 10 years I have had more enema bm's that natural. Even if enema habit happens, in my mind it's not the end of the world unless there are more serious complications. For me to give up my daily enema I would have to be convinced they were doing me a lot of harm.

I myself have been doing enemas for allot of years mostly for health reasons.

I have done daily enemas and went back to once a week and some times I have gone weeks even a year without an enema and gone back to regular BM's

I do believe it is up to the system of the person and the will of there want to but that is me 😁

I usually do daily enemas and when I stop for a few days all goes back to normal.

I have been doing enemas since I was a youngster, but until the last few years they were not regular.

I take at least three enemas per week and in between I am still regular and so my enemas do not interupt my daily evacuations!

The enema habit for me is both for cleansing my body and sexual pleasure!

Do enemas really provide cleansing? I always thought that colonics were necessary for a true cleansing.

You can get spotlessly squeaky clean with enemas, just take a few.

Colonics don't clean you our any better than enemas, it's just a different way to accomplish it. . . You get to just lay there and somebody else does the work. 😁 It's like masturbating, you can do it yourself, or someone else can do it for you. The end result is the same.
