Everyday I schedule my activities around when will I take my enemas,after all,I can't let anything interfere with my enemas,no way.So early in the day I line up my chores,my shopping and even my faves on TV,I can't miss the Red Sox.I set a time for when I can spend at least 3 or 4 hours alone without interuption for my enema session.Only on rare occasions are my enemas spurt of the moment.How do you plan for your enemas?Let the good times flow.w/m72yrs/W.MA

More spur of the moment. When I can be alone for a while.

If I know I'm going to have some alone time, I plan ahead for my enemas and withhold my bm the day before if possible.

For me it varies. If im horny and in the mood, most times it is spur of the moment. But sometimes i do plan my enemas a few hours before.

Usually planned based on available alone time but will do spur of the moment if it comes up

Plan in advance. Think about that bulging red open top bag. Anticipate the flow and prepare for the cramps. It's all good. By the week end or whatever you are really ready.
