Yes I have done this for several couples where the man watches his partner being examined. It can be very exciting for the right type of couple.

Often though it is driven by the man, and the woman doing it to please him. Generally though, they end up enjoying it anyway.

But I would always speak to the woman privately and obtain her consent before proceeding, if she shows some reluctance I would not go ahead.

I've never had an actual couples exam where my spouse and I were each examined by a doctor in the same room at the same time. However, I have had three experiences that touch on the subject of this thread.

The first was when my wife was pregnant, I was in the room for her first exam. She was due for her annual so the doctor examined her with me sitting there. So after the light knock on the door, in walks the doctor, the first nurse, and the young, skinny, pretty, 20 something year old nurse. Oh great, that's all I need! ...It was a very humbling experience.

Would it be more fun to have the partner watch or to participate ? Either one sounds fun 😉

I have never had couple medical play exam, but I would like to share my fantasy:
