Anal vibrator with a rotating head?

Bizarre have been advertising a plug with a "knuckle-duster" type of handle, which is a great idea. The only thing that would make it better is if the toy in question actually vibrated. What I prefer to use as an anal vibrator is a toy with a rotating head. If there are any that have the rotations and the "thrust-able" handle too, where can I buy 'em?

There has been a rabbit head vibrator on the market for a long time that rotates but it is too big for my butt.
