I have a colema board, had it for a couple years. I do like the results/procedure, but like you all say, its a bit of a routine to set up. But heres my setup for whatever help it may be to someone.
I dispensed with the tank that came with the board, mainly since it delivers less pressure as it empties, often it just doesnt empty. Instead I got a plastic storage container, holds about 10 gallons.
I bought a length of latex tubing from Home Depot, to add to the tubing that comes with the board. Also get a one-way valve, these are available online from several suppliers and insert it in the line, prevents backflow and clogging.
at the far end of the latex tube I wrap a rubber band and hook a suction cup hood (Home Depot again) and stick it to the bottom of my large tank. I fill the tank using an attachment from the faucet, add some baking soda and salt (takes a good bit, remember 10 gallons !
I don't use the skinny little nozzle they give you, instead I have rigged about 12" of colon tube onto the end of the tubing.
For comfort, I put down a small bathroom rug on the board.. You will probably want to cover the last 8-10" of this with a disposable waterproof pad. (see these next to the adult diapers in the drug store)
I pad the top of the toilet with a rolled up towel. Hey, Im gonna be there a WHILE.
Then with lowered lights I maneuver the colon tube mostly inside, lie down (get a headrest too) The procedure takes about 90 min. you may want to conver yourself with another towel, just for warmth.
Of course im short only about 5'6" I suppose there is some way to arrange things if you are taller??
Good luck.. maybe if I get a chance I will post some pix to show the setup in detail.
