Just to relax after a long day I love doing an enema in my bedroom. The prep time is my favorite thing to do.
It's almost dusky dark when I get started. It's Friday afternoon I'm naked and tomorrow is Saturday, so I can sleep as late as I want to.
I keep my two quart enema bag in the bottom drawer of my night stand along with a thermometer, KY, a measuring cup and a blue water proof pad.
I start by turning the bed covers down, I'll light a couple of sented candles, place the pad on my side of the bed then take out the bag and fill it up with warm water from the bathroom and run two or three bags of water through the bag to clean it out.
Then I'll hang it on an adjustable IV stand. I walk naked into the kitchen with the measuring cup and the thermometer, pour distilled water into the cup, thirty two ounces and heat it in the microwave to about 103 degrees. Go back to the bedroom and empty the warm water into the bag and repeat the same thing again until the bag is full.
At this point I take the KY and while standing rub a good amount between my butt crack and into my rectum, I love feeling the wetness of the KY between my cheeks as I walk over to the stereo and put on my favorite CD of the sounds of the ocean, gentle ocean waves crashing to shore.
I'm ready for my enema now and I lay down on my back on the blue pad, lube the double balloon retention nozzle, turn over onto my left side and gently insert give it a couple of pumps, then I'm on my back again it feels so comforting. I'll release the clamp fully for only a few seconds, then slow the flow to just a trickle turn over onto my left side, remain there a minute or so then turn over completely onto my tummy and let nature take it's course.
My enema usually takes about 45 minutes or longer to deliver it's full load of warm water into my rectum and It's the most relaxing thing in the world, I can feel the warm water slowly filling me and the sounds of the gentle ocean waves as the room is lit up with the lights of only two candles and a gentle glow of a nightlight in the adjoining bathroom and that, my friends is how and where I take my enemas as often as I can 🤗 🤠 🏳️🌈
