Sounds like Lebensborn. It's pretty easy to find if you search for it. It's a decent scene...could be better but not bad for a "mainstream" movie!

The "Aïssa" movie, with the African girl being examined by a doctor left unseen and whose voice dictates to a recorder, is about an African migrant who claims she's 17 ( there is a legal difference whether a migrant is over or under 18 ). The examination is about trying to ascertain the age, thus X-rays of the bones (but, as the physician notes, the tables for ossification have been established for a European/North American Caucasian population and thus may be inaccurate for Africans), checks of the development of body hair, including pubic hair, and breasts, which the physician notes as belonging to an adult. He thinks she's 20.

The Japanese almost make DDFJ-0022 Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Voyeur Reality look real . The only thing is the first female patient , is an actress from another vid , the doctor and nurse are wearing masks. Also when the doctor is using the steth it is over the fatty part of the breast and all the ladies are pretty . Overall not a bad vid.

There is a movie ”Remedy” it has a medfet dentist scene in the beginning thats pretty extreme.

I found realistic style exams , they are what I like the best . I found them on XNXX , Japanese hidden gyno exams , under Kansai Obstetrics and Gynecology exam Department , over a dozen videos .

Not so much a medfet movie. But, in the movie, Armageddon, Ellen Cleghorne (Helga the Nurse) is shown holding a long, ridgid proctoscope. And, in another scene, Ken Hudson Campbell is shown dashing through the room pushing an IV stand with an enema bag swinging from it, commenting, “it feels kinda tingly”.

I feel like most of the medfet stuff I like comes from documentaries, not scripted movies. Closest thing in a scripted movie I can think of was in the movie “Final Descent” from the 90's. It was one of those air disaster movies that there seemed to be a lot of at the time. As a mask fetishist, I liked the scenes in the movie where a very pretty blond upper teenage girl pulled down one of those yellow drop-down masks and put it on her face, did the elastic band and breathed with it for a moment.
