Fantasy Exam Rooms

It's crazy that I just recently created a thread about this in the Examination subforum unaware that this thread on a similar subject was already open but this is my "dream" exam room.

All I basically want is your average, everyday, regular examination room. Not too big, not too small. But I do want a window because an exam room that does not have a window gives off a creepy, eerie vibe and a feeling of being confined so to speak.

I would also like a functioning sink (preferably part of the counter), and that Welsh-Allyn thing on the wall that has the octoscope (the light thing they use to examine your ears, eyes, and mouth) with those black disposable cones, and blood pressure device. This would be along the wall where the exam table is.

Arranged in no particular way, I would also have:

- a real exam table

- posters of the human anatomy

- a large, framed painting to give a welcoming chill vibe and help patients relax

- a Detecto scale

- a chest of drawers

- a SHARPS basket

- a waste basket

- and a wall-mounted plastic holder to hold boxes of disposable gloves

I also like the idea of having a privacy curtain, for of course if a patient needs to undress for an exam or needs their breasts or private parts examined and said patient is too uncomfortable to disrobe or be examined in that way out in the open if there are multiple people in the room at once. I find modesty sexy for some reason.

Now if only I could afford all this stuff...

We've a friend who turned a spare bedroom into a basic office set up. Small desk in the corner, Ritter table, instrument table, cuff on the wall, scale, charts etc. It's pretty complete.

Now if I had a fantasy room, it would look something like Dr Frankenstein's lab from the Hammer Horror films. Hubby really wants to make one but we have multiple kids and grandkids that come visit so it's a non-starter.

"GeGe, why do you have a laboratory in your media room?" Nope. Not a question I ever want to answer LOL.

I would have to say we have our fantasy exam room. @Sexy_Librarian and I never dreamed we would actually have our own exam room play space when we started playing doctor several years ago. It works great for play exam sessions of my beautiful wife. I also added restraint eyebolts to the exam table so it works great for mad scientist play with my sexy patient restrained to the table for “experiments”.

Our bargain priced, Craigslist find, of a Ritter exam table started off this whole exam room makeover in one corner of our basement. The exam table is grey with black vinyl covered top. This lead to our color scheme of grey walls and floor, with white cabinets. The whole makeover was extremely low budget with very little carpentry work, mostly paint. It has proven to be the best “bang” for the buck in our house. 😉

My Fantasy Exam Room. White vinyl curtains, heavy duty sling, 2 gallon bucket of the finest most ass soothing of lubes. Steel wheeled trolley with colon snakes & dildos of various thickness & lengths for sizing the patient. Assorted butt plug & tunnel plugs again for sizing. Speculums of various designs especially for initial treatments. Chastity devices should the patient be prone to involuntary hard on syndrome. Very distracting to the Doctor & they must not be diverted from the purpose of the treatment. Multiple treatments of systematic colon cleansing & Deep ass play. Working up to the Doctor getting in up to the elbow. (Optimal operating width depth) Medical grade poppers administered from 3-5 litre huff tanks. Like air tanks but with poppers. 4 litre enema bag with a Garlic brew for greater expulsion. Initial treatments start at 1litre Increasing in 1/2 to 1 litre increments per treatment. Dependent on the capacity of the patient. Treatment is to continue until decided otherwise.

My fantasy exam room would actually be a clinic for young adults. (18-25) All exam rooms would be equipped with gyno tables or chairs including restraints. The entire staff would be male. All patients would examined in the nude while restrained with legs spread and pushed back. Procedures include complete shaving, deflowering, enemas, clean urine collection, orgasm checks, and sperm samples. So many more but can’t think of them all. Doors would sometimes be left ajar so patients could be seen. Fathers/husband would accompany the young ladies, moms/wove the young men.

I would love an exam room that looks and feels like a regular doctor's office. I am not particularly into restraints, needleplay, or more BDSM aspects of med-fet, so while I want exams to be erotic and sensual I want it to feel like examining a patient's orgasm has a medically based component to it. I would love to own an Exam table that has extendable stirrups with the exam paper on it would be necessary, along with wall mounted BP cuff and otoscope. Cabinets would have depressors, vaginal speculum, anoscopes, lubricant, and specimen jars.

More specialized equipment:

- EKG machine

- portable cardiac monitor with BP cuff

- EKO stethoscope connected to a speaker/computer so I can record the patient's heartbeat and give the patient an opportunity to hear their heartbeat too

- Ultrasound: I think it would be a ton of fun to be able to ultrasound someone's intimate anatomy, look at their heart contracting, etc.

- Would certainly keep available certain sex toys to help evaluate a patient's sexual health or responses

I’m lucky enough to have my own exam room. I have A full size real exam table with a desk, chairs and storage for all my medical equipment.

It would be great to have a fetish Airbnb that one could rent. All the tables, lights and ambience is there already. The renter just need thier own equipment.

I have a relative who inherited a nice property she rented via Airbnb for a while. She was shocked again and again at the mess and damage people left for her to deal with. (I didn't know before then that people who don't want to risk their own property rent Airbnbs to throw parties at.) Not just the wear and tear of hard use, but things like cracks or chips to the sink or toilet, vomit or urine on the rug not cleaned up at all, scratches and broken pieces on wood furniture, spills and more vomit on upholstery... She ended up buying her own carpet and upholstery cleaning machine, I remember, but eventually sold the place.

So instead of a rental property that some users will no doubt ruin for everybody else, how about a time share set-up, where the investors all own it together? Owners tend to take good care of things. Come on, we can get 52 of us, a week apiece!

Hard to believe the messes some people leave b n b's in. Absolutely no class, and obviously no respect for other peoples property.

As for the idea of a Zity timeshare, that sounds like brilliant idea. 😃

Good thinking @PinotNoir .

It's a little OT, but the AirB&B discussion hit home. Hubby and I are a couple of years away from his retiring. ATM the place we want to move to is still very affordable but prices are rising. We've debated buying a place and AirB&Bing it for a year or 2 to lock in and Hub is against the idea for pretty much all the reasons @PinotNoir calls out. Hmmm. 🙁

A little OT here too, I have had and have a few left now but rentals can be a real PITA. The entitlement mentality is a deal breaker.

The idea of a time share type of thing also brings to mind liability issues / insurance, and how do you handle that? You see Mr. Ins. broker we need coverage so that we can play doctor. What kind of policy can you offer?

Continuing the OT Airbnb discussion... If I were going to buy a retirement place now, while prices are better, and rent it out until I'm ready to live there myself in a few years, I'd be furnishing it with the TLC they give dorms. Everything would be chosen for its durability, not especially nice, easy to clean. I'd probably shop estate sales, CraigsList, and FB Marketplace for used furniture that I'd paint in colors that all coordinate (so when one piece is destroyed, I can move things around and not worry about exact matches), and buy new mattresses that are required to remain in their waterproof plastic covers or the rental deposit is forfeited. Sheet vinyl flooring, cheap area rugs, unbreakable lamps, budget sheets and mix-and-match towels, everything in the kitchen from thrift stores.

Then when I'm ready to live there myself, a one-weekend sale in which everything in the place goes, either sold, donated, or trashed. Repairs as needed, followed by interior paint, new floors/carpets, and I'm ready to move my nice things into a place with no signs of it having been a rental. I just hope the neighbors will speak to me.

Geez, the insurance issue would be tricky. Waivers by all participants? I have no idea what the legality is.

But the idea of collectively furnishing a fantasy exam space--hey, can we have multiple rooms with different themes?--is intriguing. I bet many of us would want to start with something lifted right from the 1950s.

You would almost have to NOT market it as a play space. More of a 'oh look at the unique furniture and curiosities our B&B has to offer.'

(Offtopic)

@PinotNoir There is a reason that many (most?) rentals have a "no parties" clause. I suspect it largely has to do with noise and neighbours, but probably also with damage.

I found this B n B rental in the Atlanta metro area. When I went to book a couple nights for @Sexy_Librarian and I, it was closed for remodel and repairs. Perhaps for the reasons as mentioned by @PinotNoir. The place has an exam room, but we were interested in playing on some of the other BDSM furniture. I need to check into it again.

Mine would definitely have an old school proctologist exam table to tilt me (“face down, ass up”). I’ve also always liked the idea of plenty of mirrors on the walls so you can watch what’s going on in various positions.

My fantasy exam room is large, windowless, and covered in clean white tiles. At the centre is an imposing gynecological examination chair with leg supports, and off to the side is a regular clinical exam bench. Beside the bench is an extra tall IV pole with an empty 4 quart rubber enema bag with double inflatable nozzle, and somewhere near the entrance of the room is an extensive instrument tray: rectal speculums, urethral sounds, a rigid proctoscope, colon tubes. There's also digital and analog thermometers, ultrasound equipment, and a Polaroid camera to document everything for the patient's file. The bathroom is down the hall, just past reception.
