What do most people's fantasy exam room look like?

I personally like well lit. Natural lighting from a bright and large window. The examination table should be off the wall a bit and the back-head portion should be mostly upright when I walk in. I prefer the walls to be bare instead of pictures of kitties or puppies or watercolors of ladies by pools sipping tea. Maybe a diagram of anatomy. I like a pale green wall with a dark blue exam vinyl bed. There should be lots of strange looking instruments, even if I can't identify half of them or even come close to fathoming what they do. One room I was in had a strange glassed in corner for lung tests. That intrigues me and adds a dimension of the mystery of the room. There should be a curtain to draw across. Of course, several boxes of gloves. I also like to see things left out on a tray--lube or something, as a little guess-what's coming.

A hospital gown found on the Exam table or hospital bed. Lights - over head lighting like in an operating room. IV set up, Catheter and Enema equipment. Oxygen / Anesthesia mask. Bed Pan, Diapers.

I think more would depend on the treatment / procedure to be done.

Am I in for an exam, surgery or am I being nursed back to health after an illness or injury.

In my head its a dark room with the exam table in the middle, light blue, and tray and stool next to it, with basically a spot light on that general area.... to me its more intimidating

I would hope to see the anaesthetic machine with all the black rubber tubing, cylinders of gas, a selection of full-size black rubber face masks and the re-breather bag waiting for an inahaltion induction.

I have a friend who has an attached apartment in his house that he does not rent anymore and set up a nice play space for medical exams. he tells friends that he does not want to know that the apartment is rented to a tenant kepping his play space private and ready to use at anytime. god idea for people with apartments in there homes who dont need the rental income

I like the idea of a long room say 40 to 60 feet long. Every so often a couple of walls to make a room large enough for a clinic exam room. Several cabinets and drawers with medical items stocked. Neutral colors on walls and ceilings and good lighting.

The next room would have a Gyno chair and Enema chair in it. The door entering this room would resemble a ships Hatch like that of a WWII submarine or destroyer. Walls and ceiling would be painted a pale light green. Overhead lights would be the style of a single incandescent bulb inside a globe of safety glass with metal safety bracket over it. In this room the floor would slope to the drain in the center of the floor. All switches and outlets would be Outdoor Rated. There would be a double mop sink with twin hose bibs next to faucet, a 40 inch flex line sprayer, bidet and potty off to one end. Two posters circa 1943 would adorn the walls...Rosie The Riveter and Loose Lips Sink Ships. The room would exude the look and smells of a warships infirmary.

At the far end would be The Dungeon and Workshop. A work bench 20 feet long complete with Drill Press, Chop Saw, Band Saw, Table Saw, Bench Grinder and HD Vise at each end of bench. Racks underneath would hold steel and lumber. Shelves and cabinets would hold fasteners of every size, shape and description. Welding equipment would be close at hand.

My Roll Away Tool Chests would be close at hand yet out of the way for major builds and repairs.

The Dungeon would have a corner setup for Water Torture and Water Sports. The Katherine Wheel, Spanking Benches, Rack, Stocks and other specialized Bondage furniture would have ample room for unobstructed spanking. Various assorted accoutrements would be in rolling cabinets and shelves along the walls. Overhead Bondage Equipment might be centrally positioned in center of this room. Off to one side would be a rack with spools of assorted sized ropes and chain along with every manner of snap link and chain connector.

The Entrance would have a small Check in Office with Coat Check. A Lounge with soft drinks, juice and lite snacks might be a visitors first stop. Just outside The Lounge would be The Smoking Lamp. An enclosed outside courtyard both tobacco and 420 Friendly would be available to those in need of a 'break'.

The entire structure would have room specific background music. Throughout the facility 'Bitch Boxes' would be situated to accept accolades or complaints for improving the experience of those attending.

Hmmmmm........white walls and tile floors. OR lights, black and metal exam table in the middle. Trays with steel instruments, enema bags on IV poles, syringes and vials at the ready, ventilator with mask and intubation equipment. Anatomy figures and posters ranging from informative to grotesque and embarrassing.

I fluctuate between something old, meaning old fashioned fixtures, 1 light in the ceiling, possibly in an old run down building...almost a sinister setting. And something more modern and very sterile with one of those cool gyn chairs that positions every which way.

Always for both 'rooms' equipment on display is a must, instruments too.

Mine looks a whole lot like an OR. Would be in my basement hidden behind a shelf (like the cartoons!). When you open it up it has a clean room where you must change into scrubs and put on mask and cap if you are to step in no matter how long or what for. Unless of course you are the patient in which you get on the gurney waiting there. Sliding door and you are into the room, operating table in the center surrounded by all the various machines like the ventilator and monitoring equipment. Shelves fully stocked with all the goodies and of course some toys 😉

Would be an OR for sure because you can do anything in there. Large room in the basement behind a wall or door. The standard table, lights, IV poles, cabinets with all the goodies, ventilator, tables for all the instruments, etc. The table would have straps for the unwilling patient. Before the OR there would be a room to change into scrubs put on a mask and wash up.

Private office, low lights with the ability for brighter lamps for exams. Exam table with pull up stirrups, and very organized gyn/ anal equipment.

In my mind medical clinic should have a desk in one corner. in the other corner there should be a medical table with some kind of tray, where you can stow all your equipment.....and it has to be really peaceful, in order to enjoy the most your games!

Firstly the smell disinfectant strong if your blindfolded then you are in the perfect medical facility.

What it would look like . Underground preferably or an out building on a remote farm. Wals white tiled flooring red tiles with a large wet area with floor drains. Lights bright in protected cages lighting the centre area too begin with .

Obligatory gynaecological chair but the operating table in the centre big covered in black rubber and another more like an autopsy table stainless steel both with restraints.

Glass fronted cabinets filled will stainless steel toys and equipment . Others filled with black rubber toys very few small ones though mostly medium to the very big. Some fat some long.

All sorts of rubber clothing hanging up almost all in black except that nearer the wet

area red rubber aprons and white wellies.

In the wet area lots of strong oversized rings in the walls and ceilings and steel bars going from wall to wall 8 feet up.

In most of the room white or stainless sinks and normal size taps , but in the wet area large industrial 3/4 sizes at least one with a large red rubber hosepipe already attached.

There would be an interesting mixture of people 2 or 3 patients completely naked and several Dr and nurses all in rubber.

Oh and several guys over 6 ft big guys not fat in rubber chaps all with above average cocks making their jockstraps bulge.

I like mine with a room that is a large tropical aquarium and has fish swimming around in the walls, floor and ceiling. I have always had a fantasy of this type of doctors office since I was a boy. Generally, I like all types of rooms as long as they are fitting for certain doctors.

Exam Room:

One exam room, with white tiled floor, the walls tiled at half the hight, red or pale green stripe along the wall the rest painted in this grayisch-yellow off white.

Windows are either blurred or it is an subterran facility anyways. Light comes from cold strip lights. One wall is covered in a large mirror (it's a one-way mirror, connected to the supervisors room)

Walls decorated with anatomical pictures, maybe with ads for different therapies and procedures you never have heard of.

Some shelves and glass doored closets containing 'typical' med-stuff, gloves, desinfection-fluid, catheter hoses and other medical tools, but also plugs and dildos in black rubber or polished stainless steel. There is one desk with a computer on top.

This room has a black cushioned Gynaecological / Urological chair, with stirrups and attached cuffs and straps (prefered from silicone or as medical restraints).

In the background there is an assortment of larger medical equipment, like one of those electro-therapy units with the grey rubber suction contacts, an Ultra-sound unit, especially with vaginal / anal probes (or probes you can misuse for this anyway) and a medical grade vacuum unit.

Toilet/Showers

A tiled room containing shower faucets on one wall, some sturdy rings and hooks in the middle of the room as a thick hose for

cleaning more resiliant patients. One corner contains a brushed steel toilet. Nearby are taps and anal-cleaning equipment.

Masturbation-Therapy-Room

This is a small chamber, just large enough to hold one bench, or a chair, Door is behind the chair and it faces towards a large one-way mirror, connected to the supervisors room. The rest of the floor and the lower half of the walls are tiled in white, The rest painted in a light colour.

There is a IV-stand holding an enema-bag, with a relatively large nozzle, with a seperate inlet and outlet (so you don't need to remove the plug - as said, it's a fantasy). This is used to admister some orgasm-preventing substance (again fantasy). Then there is a gas-mask connected to a small anesthesia machine (not for knocking you out, but to admister some kind of aphrotisiac)

Depending on the patients sex, it is equipped with a fucking-machine and/or a milking-machine (the likes of a SeriousKit).

Last item is a video screen in front of the chair, showing either other patients in the same treatment as you, or other kinds of selected education program.

This room is for long-term therapies.

Group Therapy Room:

The Group Therapy room, is basically like the Masturbation Therapy Room but wiht three chairs, so patients can enjoy each other as added stimulans.

Station Room:

At last we have the sleeping station. Three clinic beds, restraints, either of silicone/latex or brown/white clinical restraints, bedpans and urinals, either normal white cotton, or rubber / silicone sheets and cushions.

Generally aprons and scrubs are stored away in a closet. The rooms shouldn't look cramped or stuffed.

Mine's a constipation clinic designed like one of those open concept hotel rooms. There's a bathroom, but the wall separating the main room from the bathroom is a one way mirror. It's not voyeuristic (in this case); the girls are aware they're being watched, but they won't be affected by me staring at them. From their view, it's a mirror. The glass on the other side is covered with blinds, and can be lifted when I want to watch. There's a hidden mic in the bathroom connected to a speaker in the main room, and also a mike in the main room connected to a speaker in the bathroom. You'll see why later.

The main room has a consultation table, a TV, and a sofa. The girl comes into the main room to tell me about her bowel issues. Usually, I would tell them to go on the toilet and try to go. When she's on the toilet, I would speak into the mike "You've got 10 mins to try. I just wanna know how bad it is. Yes that's right, keep pushing. I want to see you try." Of course the mic in the bathroom will pick up all straining sounds. Then once I am satisfied, I would announced, "All right, 10 mins up, come out and get your suppository. No don't pull up your panties, (or pants, whatever they're wearing) just come here like that and bend over the table." And I'd glove up, lubricate my finger, and insert the suppository really deep. "Now you can pull her panties up, and if you wanna, sit at the sofa and watch TV, or surf the internet, or whatever you want. When the feeling to poop gets unbearable, go expel."

And that is my fantasy.

I visualize a room that is very clean, bright and clinical with a small table or perhaps a glass cabinet stocked with latex gloves, tongue depressors, urine specimen jars, lube and a variety of other medical instruments that may or may not be used each visit. The walls, if decorated, should only have medical related diagrams or prints - diagrams of the body, etc. A rolling stool for the doctor and a straight chair for the patient would be nice along with a place for the patient to put their clothing. The room should have an adequate exam table, scales and suitable lighting for close-up exams. Hopefully there would be enough floor space so that patient can perform exercises for stress-like testing. A cold floor - one that is not carpeted - would be preferred.

White, well lit, an exam table with stirrups. A stainless steel tray with gloves, lube, speculums and other probing tools. Maybe a case with sounds. Most important though a sexy nurse or doctor waiting in the room for me !!

My fantasy exam room... A larger room, clean, soft colors on the walls. Gentle lighting, with the ability to brighten or darken the room as needed. A sink along one wall, plus plenty of cabinets, some solid doored, some glassed. Behind glass doors are medicines and bandages and equipment of various kinds.

In the center of the room is a large examination chair/table combo. The chair can configure as needed, lying flat, being more chair like, or jackknifing into a proctology chair that the patient would be bent over.

A rolling stool would be in one corner, and there would be a curtained bench along one wall with some hooks for clothing. There would also be a small stool holding a tray with feminine products (pads and tampons). A stack of cloth patient gowns and cloth sheets would be nearby on another stool. A couple of mayo stands would be near the sink cabinet, supplies for my exam laid out on them and covered with towels. An IV pole would also be hanging out, whether for IV fluids or an enema bag is anyone's guess.

A fantasy doctors office has a gyn chair with heel stirrups for routine exams and quick checkups, where you just hop on and get examined, and behind a screen an adjustable surgical table with knee rests and straps. If the doctor finds something during your checkup in the simple chair he would ask you to move to the dreaded table for treatment.

Preferrably it would be looking as realistic as possible, that would add more thrill than like a room in a house with a gyn chair.

The chair itself should have legrests instead of stirrups since legrests enhance the feeling of vulnerability and being under control.

For the rest with lots of metal tools and kidney scales, their typical noise adds to the thrill and lots of cool temperature light to have a good view on all details.

Our previous family doc had a glass cabinet full of antique instruments displayed in his office. Everytime I went there my eyes had an as long as possible peek to that cabinet :-)

Reading this thread, I realized I‘ve spent more time thinking about the general ambiance of my ideal clinic versus my ideal exam room, probably because I’m more focused on the people in the scenario. 😊 It would have lots of calm colors on the walls and in the decor (blues, greens, purples, etc.), natural lighting in the waiting room, decent artwork, indoor plants; in general, somewhere more relaxing or spa-like than the typical medical office. A beach-themed exam room would be nice, blues and tans, seashell-themed items here and there. I will say, my ideal exam room would have a blanket warmer and an instrument warming tray because I’m always freezing at the doctors. 😂

My imaginary exam room would look like a fairly standard exam room. Adjustable exam table with stirrups, otoscope/ophthalmoscope on the wall, shelfing available, and adjustable tablet stand. Scale would be in the corner too for sure. I would want a wall mounted cardiac monitoring system (pulse ox, BP cuff, 4 lead EKG) and a 12 lead EKG machine in the room. Supply wise on shelving that is open for everyone to see, would be a lot of the stand exam supplies. Tongue depressors, sample containers and swabs, lubricant, and of course a variety of sizes of speculums and anoscopes. Some urology supplies like foley catheters sets would be available too. Enema sets would also be stored too.

The room wouldn't be complete without hanging on the wall a super nice cardiology stethoscope, as well as a teaching stethoscope and electronic stethoscope. There definitely would be a computer available to hook up the electronic stethoscope to in order to record patients' heart sounds and such for comparison later. Also would have a butterfly ultrasound device too to be able to do cardiac, abdominal, and GU ultrasounds.

Clinical, is the word that comes to my mind, bright, with an examination couch, and intimidating surgical steel instruments ready, as well as the usual examination room equipment, sign on the door of Treatment room or similar to add to the apprehension, the more that can be incorporated to the aim of unnerving me the patient the better

My fantasy exam room would be bright and inviting. It would feature a hi-tech exam table that that automatically positions the patient for supine, lithotomy, jack knife or other positions.

I like the idea of a gooseneck lamp that can be focused on the patient's pelvis or anal area.

No corny, inspirational posters on the wall, just anatomical posters of male and female reproductive systems and glove dispensers.

There is an old school scale in the corner so patients can be weighed in the nude or just covered by a gown.

Gloves, lubricants, a thermometer, speculums and other examination instruments are laid out on the counter to increase patient trepidation.

And a folded exam gown is laid out on the table before the patient enters.

Exam table in the dead center of the room. Bid window with long blinds that people walking by can easily see in. A square window in the door. A few round camera lenses on the ceiling, so I don't know who's watching a monitor and from what angle. A counter with a sink, and a small desk area where a doctor can sit.

My Fantasy exam would be a large room designed for many types of BDSM Activities, with a strong focus towards medical play. The room would have a tall ceiling, white walls, and grey epoxy coated concrete floors with multiple floor drains for easy cleaning. The room would be warm, well lit, and very clean. There would be several stainless steel tool boxes and tool carts on large casters that can be easily rolled to wherever you wished to utilize it's contents.

Medical

The Medical play area would be opposite the door, and the first thing you see when you walk in. The whole area would be centered around a Gynaecological surgery table. The table would be stainless steel and covered in black vinyl. It would have knee/leg supports and would include removal boot style foot supports. It would also have arm boards that pivot 180 degrees. There would be a plethora of wide straps for restraint of the patient's body and limbs. It would have a facial restraint system that would me made of soft silicone material and have a web like design with cutouts for eyes, nose and mouth. Once secured over the patient's face, they could not lift or turn their head. There would be a set of goggles and earmuffs that would deprive the patient of site and sound. However, the practitioner could play sounds such as white noise or use a microphone to communicate to the patient. The goggles could also play video, or have a live feed to a camera so they are forced to watch their treatments.

Surrounding the table are a series of stainless cabinets containing a plethora of medical necessities. There would also be a glass display case with various medical instruments in transparent blue autoclave packets. There would be several trays on wheels sitting conveniently around the table. Over the table would be a surgical light that could be position anywhere around the table. There would also be IV hooks hanging above both arms, and another at the foot of the bed for enemas. Finally there would be two electric hoists that could be positioned anywhere over the table.

Cleaning Station

Immediately next to the medical area would be a wall devoted to cleaning. Most notably would be a large industrial stainless double utility sink with large prep/drying areas on both sides. This area would also include a dishwasher and autoclave in the corner, and opposite the sink towards the middle of the wall would be shower area, stainless steel toilet, and hose reel. The shower area wouldn't have any walls, just a sloped floor and drain. It would have restraint points on the floor and wall, and a suspension bar mounted to another electric hoist above. The hose would have temperature controlled water, and could reach all corners of the room.

Bedroom area

Along the same wall as the cleaning station, and immediately inside the door would be the bedroom area. Positioned in the corner would be a large BDSM bed with restraint attachment points everywhere, high and low and a hoist over the bed. The bed would be covered with a black comforter and have waterproof sheets. Along side the bed would be nightstands and finally a massage table with black vinyl top.

BDSM Area.

Sharing a wall with the bedroom would be the BDSM area. It would have a several pieces of bondage furniture. Their frames would be black with red vinyl tops. In the center would be a spanking bench with heavy restraints, and easy access to the genitals and breasts/nipples. There would be an IV hook available for enemas, and a drain placed conveniently below. Other furniture would include a St. Andrew's cross, seated cross, vac bed, cage, and a one bar prison.
