Wondered if some of the other males on this forum would comment on what I find to be exquisitely pleasurable - the sensation of the "pure" erection - that is, one that develops without physical stimulation, mental stimulation only. The pleasure is intensified when a woman is watching it closely, as it goes through stages from flaccid to fully erect. Feeling it fill and grow, hang down longer, and then start rising with each beat of the heart is a deep and uncommon pleasure (not that I don't enjoy the hands-on variety too! - they're just very different sensations).
A favorite fantasy is for this to take place in a medical examination setting, where women researchers are studying the process of erection, watching the man's penis closely as it grows, rises, and stiffens. Of course once it's at full rigidity there must be other things they would want to study as well. Consider, for example, the musings (in Discover magazine article) of penis researcher Diane Kelly:
'As for sperm delivery, the rigid penis's next item of business? Kelly shrugs. The biomechanics of ejaculation are essentially unknown. While semen obviously moves at high speed, Kelly can't supply a figure. She encourages interested parties to investigate.
"There are," she quips, "a lot of really simple penis experiments you can do at home." And exactly how semen reaches these velocities is also a mystery. The urethra, the tube through which it travels, has no muscles to speed it along. "It's known that there are regular muscular contractions at the base of the penis," Kelly says, "and that those contractions cause a pressure change, but beyond that it's speculation." '
I suspect it's a lot of fun to be her husband.
