Going for a cleanout need help

Ok guys and gals, I would like to clean myself out as much as possible. I was thinking of maybe doing around 8oz of Mineral oil and retaining it for 30 minutes or so. Then following it with a glycerin/epsom salt in a 2qt bag and finally some good old castile soap. You guys think that would be sufficient? I figure the oil will loosen and lubricate everything and then the glycerin will get it all out. Do you guys suggest glycerin and water or glycerin,epsom salt and water?

Does the glycerin and epsom salt produce cramping, I would like to try and avoid cramping. I have heard about colon tubes but read they were dangerous. Any thoughts?
