Bag Height for Punishment Enema

What is the max bag height that you would use for a punishment enema? Additionally, could repeatedly adding water to the bad be substituted for increased bag height (more water=more pressure?).

Actually, the height of the waterlevel determines the pressure, not the amount, although more water will usually increase the height of the waterlvl in the bag, so more pressure....

You don't need nor shouldn't go into extreme pressure for punishments enemas, it isn't needed at all... search the forum there are a lot more topics about bag height and pressure already

For A punishment enema I would use a big douche nozzle ---put the bag on the shower bar in the bath room and fill the bag to the top with water ---refill if need

For a punishment enema, the real punishment is the volume, enema recipe and length of time being forced to retain it. Higher pressure is not necessarily what makes for a punishment enema.

Five feet is the safe maximum for many people.

You could go higher, but you have to know your body and you have to be careful.

I think walking into a room and seeing the bag much higher than you are used to adds to the anticipation and apprehension, ergo a better (play)punishment enema. This also applies to giving half the enema, stopping, rearranging the bag higher, and restarting the flow.

I do it standing in the shower, with the bag hanging on the shower door just under face height. If i want added flow, i pick up the bag and hold it at arms length over my head - the rush of the pressure really is a turn on.

Ideal height would put the flow at about a quart per minute.

Typically about 30 inches above the rectum in Knee-Chest position.

I normally have my bag at about 48". I have no problems with cramps or leakage.

My punishment enemas, that I give, are made that way by what is in them and how long sub suffers holding them. Height is the same not matter what.
