I agree with you wholeheartedly. I removed mine about 55 years ago and there were no negative results at all. Just the opposite. It is tremendous being able to retract my foreskin all the way back so that the tip is down against my belly. Previously I had no good feelings from touching it, all it did was hurt when I tried to retract too far. After removing it I can rub the whole surface of my penis while holding it tightly back. I choose to dry rub for the maximum sensation and can rub the whole surface of the head plus inside the groove.

Penis pumps have been around for yonks….So far there's been no conclusive evidence whatsoever that these devices enlarge a man's penis.

Best thing one can do is ditch the idea & convert it to a nipple pump…(works a treat as they are placed over her teat) as said pumps are air extraction devices

They (nipple pumps) are very easy to make yourself by simply adding an inline “Y" piece with some additional replacement tubing…Makes for an excellent sex / play toy, as they turn tasty erect teats into a lil beanpoles.

I bought a penis pump at the Urology Health Store a few years ago at the suggestion of my wife's and my sex therapist. I tried it several times before abandoning it. Yes, it works very well at engorging the penis with blood, making it large (surprisingly large). However, to keep it that way so as to complete sexual intercourse, the user must slide the elastic band down on to the shaft of the penis. It takes quite a lot of pressure to keep the penis enlarged, which I found to be painful. It also hurts to remove the elastic band after completing intercourse. So, I found that I just couldn't comfortably use it.

BTW, I also tried using hair ties in place of the elastic band. But this was also painful.

I bought a penis tube to use with my Noogleberry breast pump kit. It's fun to put the soft penis inside the tube and watch him grow. The more you pump, the more it grows, up until the penis reaches it's natural size. Of course, it would stand to reason that doing this regularly over time would help maintain healthy blood flow to the penis. Perhaps a cock ring would help keep the blood inside the penis after removing the tube?
