To: LovableGuy remember this: guy: I realize $2.60 doesn't sound like much now, but to get the 1971 price of ALMOST ANYTHING take the modern price and divide by 10. Then divide that price by 2 to give you the 1951 price. Sooo, 1960 would be somewhere,(not necessarily halfway) between the two figures. I would say that was a competative price at the time.
