Inducing Constipation on Purpose

Growing up sometimes I would tell my dad I was constipated just so he would give me an enema. Kind of humiliating to admit now, but being a horny teenager it seemed perfectly okay.

Tried the cornstarch enema. Neither got constipated, but I got gassy diarrhea. Maybe it‘s been because it was much more cornstarch than @Sophia mentioned (had 4 heaped tablespoons). Used it on 1 litre of body warm tap water and let it flow in.

So how does one get constipated on purpose?

I have no desire to do this, but to each their own.

I don't understand why people like it. My experience was nasty. After the hernia surgery I took narcotic pain pills--no poop 4 days. I tried, but didn't dare "push" too hard for fear of bursting sutures. The hard poo was protruding from the anus but I couldn't get it out. A friend got me an enema set. Somehow the poo plugged up the enema set and not much water got in. In the end I had a caregiver from my grandparents help dig it out. ( She told me about a client who needed a 'dig out' every other day, so working on me was a routine task for her). The poo was hard and the first' few minutes hurt. Twist fingers around; get small piece. Repeat many times. She had enough room to put in a couple bags to soften the rest of it. The tube in the anus didn't do anything for me, and the fullness wasn't comfortable. Wait 10 minutes, she said. That was uncomfortable; dump all the water and a lot of poo. The big dump splashed over my butt, upper thigh and scrotum. She cleans it off holding my balls to clean the scrotum. It's really embarrassing. It's nothing to her; she's done dirty adult diapers for a living. Repeat: very little poo. Not onIy the physical discomfort but the embarrassment and humiliataion. She'd been G'parents' caregiver over a year. I saw her 2-3 times a week, so we were well acquainted. Now I'm an hour with only my pajama top on. Clothed Female Naked male is my big time fetish, but this time it wasn't any fun.

I don't need to be constipated to justify a good enema. Why put yourself through days of discomfort and waiting before resorting to the enema. Just do it!

Cheryl, I agree with you 100%. Constipation is not required for me to decide that I need an enema.

I agree, @Cheryl77177 about inducing constipation for an enema. Since I have learned that enemas are sexual to me anytime is a good time for an enema.

No. Absolutely not. I have chronic constipation. I would love to NOT have it.

No. Growing up my mom made sure we were not constipated. From about the age of 3 until I was 12 I received enemas on a regular basis. Mom seemed to know when I needed them and did not care if you liked it or not. I would complain some but carefully because if you did not cooperate, you got a spanking and then the enema anyways. As I went into puberty the were only a a few times a year. In puberty I would get partially hard and masturbate sometimes while expelling or after.

Imodium.

Your not constipated until your having labor pains in your ass ,13 hours in ED getting tests and enemas ,finally new shift comes on and a nurse and doctor glove up and unpack your ass manually .

When they got done getting everything they could reach and removed there gloves ,they had 7 minutes until shift change ,next shift gave me 4 more enemas ,that were more productive ,what everyone is scratching there head on is how I went from Endo/colonoscopy empty to that full and constipated ?if this is your idea of a good time it wasn't ,get that thought out of your head .

Impaction, uncomfortable.

I don’t get constipated in purpose, but when I do get backed up I chose that most easy and delightful way to clear the blockage with a nice soapy enema. Then play time kicks in and I may do a few more enemas while edging my way to that awesome release and orgasm.

Oh god yes! One never needs an excuse for an enema but....

Sometimes we calibrate my diet so I get constipated, and then after a couple days I start eating greasy stuff like fried food and eat loads of fruit and salad. I hold it for a minimum of three days....but go as long as possible. My record is 5 and a half days. When I think I cannot last any longer, I start drinking lots of water and fast until she says tomorrow we should play. Then, on the next day, it's play time baby!

The whole process is an exercise in self awareness, control, communication and often waves of discomfort....that feels really good. It's interesting to watch my energy and moods shift too as my constipation and bloating changes.

But the real fun is on play day....sometimes it's a glycerine enema and a completely destroyed pair of panties (why do we say "pair") .... sometimes it's 5 tablespoons of caastor oil, a diaper, and the day running errands together (you never know when the explosion is coming).... sometimes it's a k-lube enema from as many half liter syringes as my colon will stand and me on my back in the tube with my legs over my heaad....the mess is so exhilarating, shamefull and a very sloppy mess to clean up... or sometimes it's a straight Ole salt water and baking soda enema from a sealed 3 liter squeeze bag (no way gravity is gonna push past the blockage) with me, ass up face down and then holding until it becomes impossible and then pushing really hard....seeing how far and high i can spray the mess while she laughs at me. The options are really endless and I think it is hard for her to choose. Whatever she chooses, I love it! and clean up after.

Then it's time for a few clean up enemas (she usually makes em hot, soapy, huge and deep) and then a few cold rinses. Next, she lovingly washes me in the shower and removes my chasity cage, finally, which has been on since the last play time ended.

My favorite part comes after all this, i get to worship her naked body on our bed, massage her slowly from toes to head and back again with lots of oil, and kiss and lick her swollen pussy and butthole until she quivers over and over again. When she has had enough, it is time for my butt slut training session.....she fucks and fists and slaps my balls and fists and fucks and slaps some more, however she desires.... until she has had enough of me. After, we take a hot bath together.....her layed back and relaxed, me with the big plug nozzle in my bum and the 1 gal bag full of probiotic solution slowly filling me up while i sensually, carefully and lovingly wash her body and shave her legs. I know better than to let even a drop of that 1 gal. come out in the tub....believe me!

When she is done with bathtime, i clean everything up. It's hard to even move holding all that solution. If she says I did a good job, i finally get to let go of that huge belly full into the toilet. If not, and it comes out....I am fucked! Unreal! Cage on, back to regular life.

New study: Taking the amount of 4 imodium pills per day over a longer period of time to get longer time constipated. Curious if that works.

After 2 days of not feeling the urgency and therefore not going on the toilet my bowel just started to cramp and my tummy was aching with every peristalsis wave. I needed to take a big poop, my bowel emptied on its own without needing to strain, even with the imodium to slow my digestion down. It‘s been a real huge dump and i think there‘s some more left inside me.

Got the next urgency to poop after another 2 days slowed down intestines by loperamide. Since there’s some loperamide left to get in my bowel (took it like 1 hours before) i’m just trying to withhold it. Had some gas here and there, but no urgency to poop. Surprisingly it wasn‘t that bad, i can tell my bowel is lazy, but when there‘s something in my rectum i‘m able to push it out and it‘s been some kind of pebbled.

Had a poop right now. Had that feeling i could go almost the complete morning (it‘s about 3 pm), but held it, because it wasn‘t that huge urgency, just a bit of that feeling i‘m full. Sat down on the toilet, waited a short moment and let out a huge „snake“. It wasn‘t that huge in diameter, just really long.

Think, i‘m gonna take some bisacodyl pills that evening to get the rest out and see how it feels. Got some new pills i never had before, so, i‘m curious.

My dom told me to “make sure I clean myself out” before our punishment session tonight… so naturally I’ve been holding it and not drinking enough water the past several days. 😏😌 #BRAT

Curious bout your experience afterwards.

I‘m going to try activated charcoal and medicinal clay next time to harden my stools up.

The plan is to make it hard for him to give me an enema. We will see what happens. 😌😌 I’ve been resisting his every request for days… this is just one more way to say “fuck you”. 🤭

I could easily induce constipation in myself if I wanted to. If I stop eating fruits, veggies, and whole grains as a main part of my diet, in combination with not drinking enough water, I will get constipated. This has happened several times to me this past summer while I was in vacation mode and ate too much cheese, wine, bread etc and didn't have enough fiber or water in my diet.

I have never purposely become constipated before a play session, but one time I did forget to have a BM, which is what I always do before we play. It wasn't until I had a gloved finger in my bottom and heard Daddy question "...are you full?", if was only then that I realized that I had not gone to the bathroom that morning 🫣🪦 I was so embarrassed, especially while on my hands and knees with my bottom up in the air and a getting a botty check. Fortunately, Daddy told me that it was his job to take care of me and he did 🫣🥰

So, Bisacodyl is in the game for me.

If he doesn‘t take the castor oil bottle out. Probably the best for rebellious subs. 🤭

He probably doesn’t even know that that is.

Better for you. 😉

The dulcolax/bisacodyl pills are kicking in. Had my first bowel movement with it, well formed and very long, never did a poop in this length. It‘s been around 12 inch Long (!) with a 4 inch long hard, Bristol 2, tip. The last of it was softer, like bristol 3 - 4. It felt, like it would never end and got out easily.

I think this won't be the last time I have to go. Maybe i‘ll regret taking the second dose of laxatives after 4 hours. That‘s too easy und painless so far.

Doesn't regret it this time, it's too gentle, but it's ok. Sometimes it is.

Enemas aside, because I'm not into them, but i think the perfect digestive system involves being slightly constipated. Enough to give you control of when you want to go. Usually leaves a dry solid stool, so you don't have to be there for like an hour trying to wipe your ass clean. And it just makes things both more efficient and relaxing all the way around.
