What do you require a female patient to wear for the examination.

Oh yes exactly… I’ve sometimes wondered if this flashes through a doctor or nurse’s mind! (no offense to medical professionals 😬)

As I said before all of my female patients will be totally naked. At the end of their exam will be their rectal exam. To end the exam the nurse will insert a suppository deep into their bottom. Next they will have a 2 inch wide butt plug they wear home, to retain the suppository.

I go twice a year due to my work and I am.always power dressed in a business suit with high heeled boots and stockings. The doctor firstly makes me take off my suite jacket and shirt and then bra. He examines my breasts. I am then told to remove my boots and skirt. He tells me to then go behind the curtain and put on a paper gown which I do and I always forget to take off my stockings ( I do because the floor is freezing cold beneath my barefeet so always hope he forgets) he tells me off and tells me to remove the stockings in front of him. I am then weighed and put in the stirrups. Everything is examine even my feet. I am then told to remove all my jewellery which is awkward as I have a few piercings and it's hard to remove my necklace and anklets. The final act is to remove all of my make up and go through further tests. Sometimes my finger and toe nail polish is to be removed and he provides me with remover which stinks and ruins my pedicure and manicure which is embarrassing

I know it's why I always have to take my make up and nail polish with me !

I do creepy med fet occasionally. It has to be bizarre in scene and dialogue.

When I am the Doctor, yes, we trade places I require my victim to strip naked for her exam or treatment.

Patient nude, but provided with gowns/coverings which are just barely not enough to keep them covered. The patient comes in for her dental + full body exam, and is told to strip, but provided with a paper bib for the dental portion of the exam, which just barely covers her chest. A thin short gown then for part of the physical, but this is also soon removed.

I like to provide a cloth gown for them to change into. But of course, they'll end up nude by the end of the exam. But a gown sets the scene, builds anticipation, and give the patient hope that maybe they'll be keeping their modesty...though, let's face it, they're also excited for the unveiling.

I'm mostly into breast exams/ultrasound when considering medfet with women, so i would go with her mostly just topless and at most in underpants, just the main thing is that the breasts would have to be open to examine.

G string and heels.

An examination with me requires wearing a hospital gown no bra with underwear being optional until we get to that part of the exam 😏 for deep examinations and procedures a drape will also be provided to help keep things modest. On that same note extensive exams that can be rather taxing an oxygen mask will be provided to help get through the exam

I also have a rainwear fetish, so to combine my two interests my female patient would enter my office wearing a PVC raincoat and rubber wellington boots.When she unfastens her raincoat she will be naked so that I can get straight to work with my stethoscope.

I instruct my patient to strip nude and put on a gown untied in the back. The last parts of the exam she is nude as the gown gets in the way during the more physical tests.

I have only done a few exams, all with women. I required them to be nude for the entire exam.

I've got this kink where I actually have specific requirements about what I *do not like my patient to be wearing*. A great deal of my fetish is about tuning in to my patients feelings of (hopefully) helplessness, shame, humiliation, obedience, feeling of being exposed. I actually *do not* want her to feel attractive or sexy.

So my preference is:

- no makeup, eyeliner, lipstick

- no nail-polish

- no "sexy" underwear and definitely no high-heels

I can't say I have a preference for what clothing a female play patient shows up in (or male play patient for that matter); whatever makes them feel good going into the exam is fine with me! My preference for all my play patients is that we will conduct the exam fully naked from start to finish. That said, if they feel better having their underwear on for the exam up until the genital exam then I don't have a problem with that.
