Movie and TV references to Enemas

Discovered a new (main-stream) film with an enema reference.

It's a French language film from 2013:

“Me, Myself and Mum”

Original title: Les garçons et Guillaume, à table!

You can read about, and see a trailer for the film on IMDB's site (which has a brief shot of the enema scene near the very end):

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2315200/

The phrase "Me, Myself and Mum" references the autobiographical French comedy film Les Garçons et Guillaume, à table! (released internationally as Me, Myself and Mum), which features a comedic and eccentric scene involving a spa-administered enema.About the FilmMe, Myself and Mum is a 2013 comedy-drama written, directed by and starring French actor Guillaume Gallienne. The movie is adapted from Gallienne's own one-man stage play.It explores themes of identity, gender roles, and his intense childhood attachment to his mother.

The Enema Scene Context:

In the movie, the main character undergoes an awkward and humorous spa treatment.A Bavarian spa employee administers an enema to the protagonist as part of the film's sequence of eccentric coming-of-age misadventures.

The show Quantum Leap episode "Ghost Ship" an enema bag was used as an IV for one of the passengers. Beautiful yellow bag shown with douche tip and latex hose. Movie Almost Famous shows a bag and colon tube being used to administer charcoal into a young ladies stomach to prevent a drug overdose.

This week’s episode of the Big Bang Theory spin-off “Stuart Fails to Save the Universe” had a Fleet enema reference.

Mom and grandmother discuss the location of their enema bags in the school cafeteria.

I haven't personally seen the film, but an enema scene in it has been mentioned here before. Ken Russell's "The Devils" has been completely restored, was shown at Cannes, and is being shown at some "art house" theaters around the country. The enema is reported to be part of an exorcism scene, so definitely not erotic unless punishment is your thing. No idea how realistic it is.

In recent episode of Big Bang Theory, Penny was with a few friends when someone suggested something she didn't want. Her reply was 'I'd rather have a gasoline enema'. Perish the thought. Would rather see her take a 2 qt SSE.

@FSP take a look:

@FSP Movie is based on the book,”The Devils of Lodin.” It is a true story about possession and witchcraft in France. I believe I take place in the 18th century.

In The Devis link (thanks), the enema scene is about 1:01 (not graphic; masochistic). There is also a douching scene (also not graphic) right at the end.

@fredmushell

"Gender-Exclusive-Channels transmit infrasonic signals to drive the unwanted sex away."

This is totally true. The program is funded by George Soros and run by the Illuminati.

@DoctorJohnny2 - fredmushell hasn't been online here at Zity for 11 years. His account is inactive and listed as "dormant."

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest has an enema scene in it. More than just equipment. No spoilers. Buy the DVD. It may be cut out of on-TV or online versions.

Bible Black, if you are into animated Hentai, has an enema torture scene in it.

@Bad_Princess I went to see "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" at the cinema when first released, a long time back. I remember Nurse Ratched but not an enema scene. Is it reasonable to expect she was invoved in it?

@Bad_Princess . I also remember seeing the film when it came out. The only scene that I recall as being somewhat enema related is when they had the impromptu ward party and one patient was giving another a drink using the enema equipment.

The original "Coven" season of American Horror Story has a scene in which a religious lunatic mother, played by Patti LuPone, gives her teenage son an enema as a punishment.

Two to one says I may be mixing up movies. Thanks for posting @ronniewater and @alan20cm

I did a search looks like both of you have a better recollection of the movie than I do.

The scene I was thinking of does not come up.

@Bad_Princess That's a real shame. I was considering following your suggestion & trying to obtain a DVD copy this weekend. In my imagination I didn't see Nurse Ratched actually getting her hands dirty giving the hapless Jack Nicholson a punishment enema. More likely she would just have been detached & giving the orders while a couple of well built nurses did the deed! 😈

@alan20cm That is the scene I was remembering. They have an enema therapy session and walk Jack around the ward to another bathroom with the equipment hanging off him.

I am sure it was in there when I saw it. Possibly it has been cut from some versions.

Seems like a weird thing to imagine.

@Bad_Princess Bastard censors - I'd like to see that!

@Bad_Princess and @alan20cm , maybe you're thinking of the enema scene in The Right Stuff thats been mentioned a few times in this thread? One of the astronauts is given a barium enema with a DBC, but for some reason he then has to be walked to another floor while he uncomfortably holds it for the actual imaging - something like that.

@Moe Think of it as the enema walk of shame. It's character building for him!

That's it @Moe ! Thats the scene I remember! I mixed the two movies together in my memory; I do shit like this often.

That's why I keep a notebook for important things and do not argue to hard when my long term memory is questioned.

I had not read back further than this page.

At least I did see it in a movie just remembered where wrong.

After the recent discussion about a possible more graphic enema scene in Cukoos Nest, I had kind of a meta moment last night when my wife and I were watching the US version of Shameless. The episode showed an enema bag around Franks neck and discussion indicating he just used it or was about to do so in order to help out his mother. I was thinking I'd have to mention it here in the unlikely event no one else had done so (@Greg did in post 456).

Meanwhile, my wife thought the mother looked familiar, and looked up the actress on IMDB. It was Louise Fletcher, who played Nurse Ratched in Cukoos Nest.

Can't remember which episode. Frank's jaws were wired closed . This grand son brought him a box of wine and an enema bag. Lol reading here I've read of some consuming wine via the tube.....

I early show in series, Veronica setting up web cam. I e pay to view . Carrying red enema bag. Made comment like they pay to watch. Can't remember noz type wondered which orifice was getting flushed

MOE, what episode was the scene where the enema bag was around his neck? Asking for a friend!

Season 2. Either episode 6 or 7 of the US version.

While looking for that I saw that the wine enema scene described by @Likesenemas is apparently S4, E1 for both the US and UK versions of the series. Looking forward to that, I guess, though I'd much prefer to think of Fiona getting an enema.

Was that in the UK or US version? I remember the scene in the US version implying that Veronica was a cam girl for a living or side hustle, but I definitely missed the enema/douche bag, and I'm usually hyper-vigilent about that sort of thing.

I think us
