Broaching the Topic

So how does one go about expressing interest to a potential partner?

I mean really, proctological pick up lines? Talk about making an a** of oneself :😃

I'd be interested in hearing other peoples stories of how they first brought this up with a partner. Haven't found that here yet.

Well, if you are choosing the right partner, it will not be hard to mention it. I have never hidden my needs to anyone, as i know that i cannot have a fully satisfied sexual life without having my medical interests fulfilled

I told my ex, and have hinted to my new boyfriend. Both were understanding.

I asked them what kind of porn they watched (which is safer, because just because you watch a particular type of porn doesnt mean that you want to do that act). After that, I asked what they'd do in their wildest fantasies if they were married and completely comfortable, like in an ideal situation. I confessed that I liked to be dominated by someone in a position of authority, and mentioned a doctor/patient combo. Then, whenever he mentioned it or something, I would really emphasize how turned on I was. (Not difficult!)

I told my ex that I really thought that medical fetish was the hottest kind of domination. He wasnt really into it, but he did it often as foreplay. My new boyfriend seems to be more receptive, but I haven't fully told him. (He told me he'd love if I was his "nurse" though, so we are getting somewhere!) Both were fully okay with it and didnt think that I was weird, etc.

With an ex of mine it was easy because he loved anal and was up for anything, but I would say the best way to broach the subject is to take your timeandintroduce things gradually, then it is less of s surprise (or a shock).
